³¹ They come and tell his justness to a people yet to be birthed - whom he has worked.

⁹ I evangelize justness in the great congregation; behold, I restrain not my lips; O Yah Veh, you know.

⁶ that the generation after - that the sons yet to be birthed know them; - who then rise and scribe to their sons

⁹ All the goyim you worked come and prostrate at your face, O Adonay, and honor your name:

¹⁸ inscribe this for the generation after; and the people to be created, to halal Yah.

⁴ generation to generation lauds your works and tells your might: ⁵ I meditate on the glorious honor of your majesty and on your marvellous words: ⁶ and say of the strength of your awesome acts; I scribe your greatness: ⁷ they gush the memorial of your great goodness and shout of your justness.

³ For I pour water on him who is thirsty, and flowings on the dry: I pour my spirit on your seed and my blessing on your offspring: ⁴ and they sprout between the grass as willows by the water streams. ⁵ One says, I - Yah Veh: and another calls by the name of Yaaqov: and another inscribes with his hand to Yah Veh and by an honorary degree, the name of Yisra El.

²¹ Then you say in your heart, Who birthed me these, seeing I aborted and am sterile - an exile, turned aside? And who nourished these? Behold, I alone survive; These - whence are they? ²² Thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Behold, I lift my hand to the goyim and lift my ensign to the people: and they bring your sons in the bosom and bear your daughters on their shoulders: ²³ and sovereigns become your nurturers and their governesses your sucklers: they prostrate to you with their nostrils toward the earth and lick up the dust of your feet; and you know I - Yah Veh: for they who await me shame not.

THE GLORY OF SIYON
Shout, O sterile; you who birth not! Break forth into shouting and resound, you who writhe not! for more are the sons of the desolated than the sons of the married, says Yah Veh.

⁴ Lift your eyes all round, and see: they all gather; they come to you: your sons come from afar and your daughters nurture at your side.

⁷ Ere she writhes, she births; ere her pangs come, she is rescued of a male child. ⁸ Who ever heard such? Who ever saw such? Writhed the earth in one day? Or birthed a goyim at one time? For even as Siyon writhes, she births her sons. ⁹ Break I to the birth, and not birth? says Yah Veh: I also restrain, says your Elohim.

JUSTNESS THROUGH TRUST
But now the justness of Elohim manifests apart from the torah, being witnessed by the torah and the prophets; ²² even the justness of Elohim through trust of Yah Shua Messiah to all and on all who trust - for there is no distinction: ²³ for all have sinned and failed the glory of Elohim; ²⁴ being justified gratuitously by his charism through the redemption in Messiah Yah Shua: ²⁵ whom Elohim predetermined to be a kapporeth/an atonement through trust in his blood, to indicate his justness for the passing over of sins that previously transpired, in the tolerance of Elohim;

¹⁹ For exactly as through the disobedience of one human many were seated sinners, thus through the obedience of one many are seated just. ²⁰ And the torah entered surreptitiously, so that the downfall superabound: and where sin superabounded, charism exceedingly superabounded: ²¹ so that exactly as sin reigned in death, even thus charism reigns through justness unto eternal life through Yah Shua Messiah our Adonay.

²¹ For him, who knew no sin, he made him sin in our behalf; so that we become the justness of Elohim in him.
