⁹ the offering and the libation is cut off from the house of Yah Veh; the priests, the ministers of Yah Veh, mourn:

CALL TO REPENTANCE
Gird and mourn, you priests! Howl, you ministers of the sacrifice altar! Come, stay overnight in saq, you ministers of my Elohim: for the offering and the libation is withheld from the house of your Elohim.

¹⁴ Who knows? He returns; yes, he sighs: and leaves a blessing behind him - an offering and a libation to Yah Veh your Elohim.

¹⁷ Rather, if I am libated on the sacrifice and service of your trust, I cheer and co-rejoice:
