²¹ Thus Edom refuses Yisra El to pass through his border: and Yisra El deviates from him.

⁴ And Heshbon cries, and El Aleh: their voice is heard to Yahsah: so the equipped of Moab shout; his soul trembles.

³⁴ From the cry of Heshbon to El Aleh; and to Yahsah they give their voice: from Soar to Horonaim, a heifer of three: for even the waters of Nimrim become desolations:
