¹⁴ You eat, and satiate not; and hunger is among you; and you remove, but escape not; and whatever escapes, I give to the sword.

²⁶ and in breaking the rod of your bread, ten women bake your bread in one oven and they restore your bread by weight: and you eat and satiate not.

²² For I kindle a fire in my wrath and burn to the nethermost sheol and consume the earth with her produce and inflame the foundations of the mountains. ²³ I scrape together evils on them; I finish off my arrows on them. ²⁴ Exhausted by famine, devoured by burning heat and bitter ruin: I also send the teeth of animals on them, with the poison of creepers of the dust. ²⁵ The sword outside and terror from the chambers bereaves both youth and virgin, the suckling with the man of grayness.

⁶ When man apprehends his brother of the house of his father by the clothing, and says, Be our commander; and this stumblingblock is under your hand: ⁷ in that day he lifts his hand, saying, I am not a binder; and in my house is neither bread nor clothing: set me not a commander of the people. ⁸ For Yeru Shalem falters and Yah Hudah falls: because of their tongue and their exploitations against Yah Veh - to rebel against the eyes of his honor:

²⁰ And on the right, he cuts and famishes; and on the left, he eats and satiates not: every man eats the flesh of his own arm

¹⁷ fear and the pit and the snare are upon you, O settler of the earth. ¹⁸ And so be it, he who flees from the voice of the fear falls into the pit; and he who ascends from midst the pit is captured in the snare: for the windows from on high open, and the foundations of the earth quake: ¹⁹ in shattering, the earth shatters; in breaking, the earth breaks; in toppling, the earth topples; ²⁰ in staggering, the earth staggers as intoxicated and sways as a hammock; and the rebellion thereon is heavy: and it falls, and rises not.

THE BURDEN OF THE ANIMALS OF THE SOUTH
The burden of the animals of the south: Into the land of tribulation and distress from whence the roaring lion and the old lion, the hisser and flying seraph - who bear their valuables on the shoulders of colts and their treasures on the humps of camels to a people who benefit them not.

¹³ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Behold, my servants eat, and you famish: behold, my servants drink, and you thirst: behold, my servants cheer, and you shame:

⁴⁴ He who flees from the face of fear falls into the pit; and he who ascends from the pit is captured in the snare: for I bring thereon - on Moab, the year of their visitation - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹⁶ And he says to me, Son of humanity, behold, I break the rod of bread in Yeru Shalem: and they eat bread by weight, and with concern; and they drink water by measure, and with astonishment: ¹⁷ so that they lack bread and water and astonish man with brother; and dissolve for their perversity.

¹² A third of you die with the pestilence - finished off with famine in your midst; and a third fall by the sword all around you; and a third I winnow into all the winds: and I draw out a sword after them.

¹⁰ For they eat, and satisfy not: they whore, and not break forth: because they forsake to guard to Yah Veh.

¹⁴ and the flight destructs from the swift: neither the strong strengthens his force nor the mighty rescues his soul: ¹⁵ neither stands he who manipulates the bow; nor rescues he who is swift of foot: nor rescues he his soul who rides the horse: ¹⁶ and among the mighty, he who is strong of heart flees away naked in that day - an oracle of Yah Veh.

JUDGMENT OF YAH VEH
I see Adonay stationed on the sacrifice altar; and he says, Smite the lintel of the door, so as to quake the thresholds: and crop them in the head - all of them; and I slaughter the last of them with the sword: and he who flees, flees not to them, and the escapee escapes not to them. ² And if they dig into sheol my hand takes them from there; and if they ascend to the heavens I bring them down from there: ³ and if they hide in the top of Karmel/orchard I search and take them from there; and if they hide from my eyes in the floor of the sea I misvah the serpent to bite them there; ⁴ and if they go into captivity at the face of their enemies, I misvah the sword to slaughter them there: and I set my eyes on them for evil and not for good.

⁶ You seed aboundingly, and bring in little; you eat, and you satiate not; you drink, and you intoxicate not; you enrobe, and no one heats up; and he who hires himself out hires to put it into a pierced bundle.

¹⁶ From now on, when one comes to an heap of twenty, and it becomes ten: when one comes to the trough to strip fifty from the press, and it becomes twenty.
