THE SONS OF YISRA EL ATTACK THE SONS OF BEN YAMIN
And all the sons of Yisra El go out and the witness congregates as one man - from Dan even to Beer Sheba with the land of Gilad to Yah Veh in Mispeh:

SONS OF YISRA EL DISPUTE OVER LAND
And the sons of Reu Ben and the sons of Gad have mighty mighty many chattel: and when they see the land of Yazer and the land of Gilad, and behold, the place is a place for chattel;

⁴⁰ And Mosheh gives Gilad to Machir the son of Menash Sheh; and he settles therein.

¹² When, in one of the cities Yah Veh your Elohim gives you to settle, you hear, saying, ¹³ Men, sons of Beli Yaal, go among you, and drive them who settle the city, saying, Come and serve other elohim whom you know not! ¹⁴ - then inquire and probe and ask well; and behold, if it is the truth, and the word established, that such abhorrence is worked among you; ¹⁵ in smiting, smite them who settle that city with the mouth of the sword; devote it and all therein and the animals thereof with the mouth of the sword: ¹⁶ and gather all the loot thereof midst the wideway thereof; and burn the city and all the loot thereof with fire - totally for Yah Veh your Elohim: and it becomes a heap for eternity; never to be built again. ¹⁷ And adhere naught of the devoted to your hand: so that Yah Veh turns from his fuming wrath and gives you mercies; and mercies you and abounds you, as he has oathed to your fathers ¹⁸ - when you hearken to the voice of Yah Veh your Elohim - to guard all his misvoth which I misvah you this day - to work what is straight in the eyes of Yah Veh your Elohim.

THE BOUNDARIES OF MENASH SHEH And so be it, a pebble for the rod of Menash Sheh; for he is the firstbirthed of Yoseph - for Machir the firstbirthed of Menash Sheh the father of Gilad: because he is a man of war he has Gilad and Bashan.

²⁶ and Mispeh and Kephirah and Mosah

¹² And when the sons of Yisra El hear, the whole witness of the sons of Yisra El congregate at Shiloh to ascend to host against them:

And the sons of Ammon cry out and encamp in Gilad; and the sons of Yisra El gather and encamp in Mispeh:

¹¹ And Yiphtach goes with the elders of Gilad; and the people set him their head and commander: and Yiphtach words all his words at the face of Yah Veh in Mispeh.

²⁹ and they call the name of the city Dan, after the name of Dan their father, who was birthed to Yisra El: but formerly, the name of the city is Laish.

² and the chiefs of all the people - of all the scions of Yisra El, set themselves in the congregation of the people of Elohim - four hundred thousand footmen who draw sword.

⁸ And all the people rise as one man, saying, No man goes to his tent, and no man turns to his house:

¹¹ And all the men of Yisra El gather against the city - companions as one man:

¹⁸ And the sons of Yisra El rise and ascend to the house of Elohim and ask counsel of Elohim, and say, Who of us goes to war at the beginning against the sons of Ben Yamin? And Yah Veh says, Yah Hudah, at the beginning.

²⁶ And all the sons of Yisra El and all the people ascend and come to the house of Elohim and weep; and settle there at the face of Yah Veh; and fast that day until evening; and holocaust holocausts and shelamim at the face of Yah Veh.

⁵ And the sons of Yisra El say, Who among all the scions of Yisra El ascends not with the congregation to Yah Veh? For a great oath became concerning him who ascends not to Yah Veh to Mispeh, saying, In deathifying, deathify him.

²⁰ And all Yisra El from Dan even to Beer Sheba knows Shemu El as a trustworthy prophet of Yah Veh:

⁵ And Shemu El says, Gather all Yisra El to Mispeh and I pray for you to Yah Veh. ⁶ And they gather to Mispeh and bail water and pour it out at the face of Yah Veh and fast on that day, and say there, We sinned against Yah Veh. And Shemu El judges the sons of Yisra El in Mispeh.

SHAUL SET AS SOVEREIGN
And Shemu El summons the people to Yah Veh to Mispeh;

⁷ and he takes a yoke of oxen and dismembers them and by the hands of angels, sends them throughout all the borders of Yisra El saying, Whoever goes not after Shaul and after Shemu El, so be it worked to his oxen. And the fear of Yah Veh falls on the people and they go as one man: ⁸ and he musters them in Bezeq, of the sons of Yisra El, three hundred thousand; and of the men of Yah Hudah, thirty thousand.

⁹ and has him reign over Gilad and over the Ashshuriy and over Yizre El and over Ephrayim and over Ben Yamin and over all Yisra El.

¹⁰ - to pass the sovereigndom from the house of Shaul and to raise the throne of David over Yisra El and over Yah Hudah from Dan even to Beer Sheba.

¹⁴ And he spreads the heart of all the men of Yah Hudah as one man; so that they send to the sovereign, Return you and all your servants.

² And the sovereign says to Yah Ab the governor of the valiant host with him, Flit now through all the scions of Yisra El from Dan even to Beer Sheba; and number the people so that I know the number of the people.

²³ And all the governors of the valiant - they and their men hear that the sovereign of Babel makes Gedal Yah overseer; and there comes to Gedal Yah to Mispeh even Yishma El the son of Nethan Yah and Yah Hanan the son of Qareach and Sera Yah the son of Tanchumeth the Netophathiy and Yaazan Yah the son of a Maachahiy - they and their men:

² and David says to Yah Ab and to the governors of the people, Go, number and scribe Yisra El from Beer Sheba even to Dan; and bring the number of them to me, so I know.

⁵ and they stand a word to pass the voice throughout all Yisra El - from Beer Sheba even to Dan to come to work the pasach to Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El at Yeru Shalem: for they had not worked it in abundance in such sort as inscribed.

THE RESTORATION OF THE ALTAR
And the seventh month touches and the sons of Yisra El are in the cities and the people gather as one man to Yeru Shalem.

And all the people gather as one man into the broadway at the face of the water portal; and they say to Ezra the scribe to bring the scroll of the torah of Mosheh which Yah Veh misvahed to Yisra El:
