⁴ After, a voice roars; he thunders his voice of pomp; and he restrains not when his voice is heard.

⁷ And in the abundance of your pomp you demolish all who rise: you send your fuming to consume them as stubble. ⁸ And with the spirit/wind of your nostrils the waters heap: the flows stand upright as a heap and the abysses curdle in the heart of the sea.

²⁶ No one is like the El of Yeshurun, who rides on the heavens in your help and in his pomp on the vapour.

²⁷ for he diminishes the drops of water; they refine rain into the mist; ²⁸ which the vapours flow and drip abundantly on humanity. ²⁹ And discern you the spreadings of the thick clouds? or the clamorings of his sukkoth/brush arbor? ³⁰ Behold, he spreads his light thereon and covers the roots of the sea. ³¹ For by them he pleads the cause of the people; he gives food in abundance; ³² with his two palms he covers the light and misvahs and intercedes. ³³ The shouting tells concerning him; also the chattel and the holocaust. ]

³ The voice of Yah Veh is on the waters: the El of honor thunders; Yah Veh is on many waters: ⁴ - the voice of Yah Veh in force the voice of Yah Veh in majesty: ⁵ the voice of Yah Veh breaks the cedars; yes, Yah Veh breaks the cedars of Lebanon. ⁶ He has them dance as a calf - Lebanon and Shirion as a son of reems; ⁷ the voice of Yah Veh hews the flames of fire: ⁸ the voice of Yah Veh twirls the wilderness; Yah Veh twirls the wilderness of Qadesh: ⁹ the voice of Yah Veh causes the hinds to writhe and strips the forests: and in his manse all say of his honor.

³³ To him who rides on the heavens of the heavens from antiquity; behold, he gives his voice - a voice of strength.
