¹ And Eli Hu answers and says, ² Fabricate you this to be judgment, that you said, My justness is more than of El? ³ that you said, What use is it to you? and, What benefit I from my sin? ⁴ - I respond utterances to you and your friends with you. ⁵ Look to the heavens and see; observe the vapours high above you. ⁶ If you sin, what work you against him? Or if your rebellions be multiplied, what do you to him? ⁷ If you be justified, what give you him? Or what takes he from your hand? ⁸ Your wickedness is for a man as you; and your justness for the son of humanity. ⁹ By reason of the abundance of oppressions they cause to cry out - to cry out by reason of the arm of the great. ¹⁰ And no one says, Where is Elohah my Worker - who gives psalms in the night? ¹¹ - who teaches us more than the animals of the earth? - who enwisens us more than the flyers of the heavens? ¹² There they cry, and he answers not at the face of the pomp of evil. ¹³ Surely El neither hears vanity nor Shadday observes. ¹⁴ Yes, although you say you observe him not, the plea is at his face; writhe in him. ¹⁵ And now, because there is none, he visits his wrath; yet in mighty stupidity, he knows not: ¹⁶ and Iyob gasps his mouth in vain; he weaves utterances without knowledge.

¹⁷ though he crushes me with a whirling and abounds my wounds gratuitously;

⁷ You know I am not wicked; and there is no escape from your hand.

¹⁷ no violence is in my palms; and my prayer is pure.

⁶ know now that Elohah twisted me and surrounded me with his lair. ⁷ Behold, I cry from violence, but no answer; I cry, but no judgment:

² El lives - who turns aside my judgment; and Shadday - who embitters my soul: ³ for all the while my breath is in me and the spirit of Elohah in my nostrils: ⁴ neither my lips word wickedness nor my tongue mutters deceit. ⁵ Far be it that I justify you; until I expire I turn not aside from my integrity. ⁶ I uphold my justness and slacken not; my heart reproaches me not all my days:

⁵ For Iyob said, I am justified and El turned aside my judgment!

⁸ Break you my judgment? Judge you me wicked to justify yourself?

³⁶ But I word to you, That every idle rhema - whatever humanity speaks, renders word concerning it in the day of judgment: ³⁷ for by your words you are justified; and by your words you are adjudged.

²² And he words to him, From your own mouth I judge you, evil servant: you know I am an austere human, taking what I place not, and harvest what I spore not:

²¹ I - integrious, yet I know not my soul; I spurn my life. ²² This is one, so I say, He finishes off the integrious and the wicked.

³⁰ If I bathe myself with snow water and cleanse my palms in purity; ³¹ yet you dip me in the pit of ruin and my own clothes abhor me.

¹⁵ If I be wicked, woe to me; and if I be justified, yet I lift not my head. I satiate with abasement; you see my humiliation;

¹⁵ Who is Shadday, that we serve him? and what benefit have we if we intercede to him?

² What is the allotment of Elohah from above? What is the inheritance of Shadday from the heights?

⁹ For he said, Useless for the mighty to be pleased with Elohim.

¹³ Surely I purify my heart in vain and wash my palms in innocency.

¹⁴ You say, It is vain to serve Elohim! and, What greedy gain is it to guard his guard, and to walk darkly at the face of Yah Veh Sabaoth?

⁸ Who caravans in companionship with the doers of mischief? Who walks with men of wickedness?

²⁰ He who walks with the wise, enwisens; and he who befriends fools, shouts.

⁵ And he brings him outside and says, Look, I beseech, toward the heavens and scribe the stars, if you are able to scribe them: - and he says to him, Thus becomes your seed.

²⁷ But truly, settles Elohim on the earth? Behold, the heavens and the heavens of the heavens contain you not - in this house I build?

¹² Is not Elohah in the height of the heavens? See the head of the stars - how high!

⁵ Behold even to the moon and it shines not; yes, in his eyes, the stars are not pure; ⁶ How much less man - a maggot? and the son of humanity - a maggot?

²⁶ Behold, El is exceedingly excellent and we know neither him, nor probe the number of his years:

¹⁶ Know you the balancings of the thick clouds? The marvels of him who is integrious in knowledge?

²² clear sky comes from the north; with Elohah is awesome majesty. ²³ Shadday - we find him not out; exceedingly excellent in force and in judgment and abundant in justness: he abases not.

³ For I see your heavens, the work of your fingers; the moon and the stars, you established! ⁴ What is man, that you remember him? - and the son of humanity, that you visit him?

²² It is he who settles on the circle of the earth, and the settlers are as locusts who spread the heavens as a veil, - spreads them as a tent to settle in: ²³ who gives the potentates to naught; who works the judges of the earth as waste.

⁹ For as the heavens are higher than the earth thus are my ways higher than your ways - and my fabrications than your fabrications.

³ Yah Veh is slow to wrath and great in force; and in exonerating, Yah Veh exonerates not: his way is in the hurricane and in the whirling and clouds are the dust of his feet:

³⁶ and whoever sins against me violates his own soul; all who hate me love death.

¹² in enwisening, enwisen; but if you scorn, you bear it alone.

¹⁹ Vex they me? - an oracle of Yah Veh: And not themselves to the shame of their own faces?

¹⁴ Yes, because who am I and who are my people, to restrain from volunteering after this sort? For all is from you and from your hand we give you:

² Is the mighty as useful to God as he who comprehends is useful to himself? ³ Is it any delight to Shadday that you are justified? Or gain to him that your ways be integrious?

² You say to Yah Veh - you, my Adonay my goodness is not to you;

¹⁰ So likewise you, whenever you do all you are ordained, word, We are useless servants: we do what we are indebted to do.

³⁵ Or who first gives to him so that it is recompensed to him?

² and I work you to become a great goyim and I bless you and greaten your name; that you become a blessing:

²⁴ Perhaps there be fifty just midst the city: is it so that you scrape away and not spare the place for the fifty just inside? ²⁵ Far be it from you to work this word, to deathify the just with the wicked: and that it be, as the just, as the wicked. Far be it from you! The Judge of all the earth, works he not judgment? ²⁶ And Yah Veh says, If I find in Sedom fifty just midst the city, then I spare all the place for their sakes. ²⁷ And Abraham answers and says, Behold, I beseech, I will to word to Adonay, I - dust and ashes: ²⁸ Perhaps there lack five of the fifty just: you - ruin the whole city for five? And he says, If I find there forty-five, I ruin not. ²⁹ And he words to him yet again and says, Perhaps there be forty found there. And he says, I work it not for sake of forty. ³⁰ And he says, I beseech, Adonay, inflame not and I word: Perhaps thirty be found there. THE YAH HUDIYM ARE REGRETFUL
And so be it, a great cry of the people and of their women against their brothers the Yah Hudiym. ² Yes, they who say, We, our sons and our daughters, are many; and we take crop to eat and live. ³ And they who say, We pledge our fields, vineyards and houses, to take crop for the famine. ⁴ And they who say, We borrowed silver on our fields and vineyards for the measure of the sovereign: ⁵ and now, our flesh is as the flesh of our brothers - our sons as their sons: and, behold, we subdue our sons and our daughters to be servants and some of our daughters are subdued: and El is not in our hands: for other men have our fields and vineyards.

¹⁹ he walks priests away stripped and perverts the perennial;

¹² Men of the city groan and the soul of the pierced cries out; yet Elohah sets not frivolity to them.

²⁸ so that they cause the cry of the poor to come to him; and he hears the cry of the humble.

⁹ Have you an arm like El? Thunder with a voice like him?

¹⁵ Break the arm of the wicked and the evil; seek out his wickedness until you find none.

⁵ For the devastation of the humble, for the shrieking of the needy, I now rise, says Yah Veh; I set him in safety from him who puffs at him.

² For you are the Elohim of my stronghold; why cast you me off? Why go I darkened by the oppression of an enemy?

² hearken to me and answer; I ramble on in my meditation and quake ³ - because of the voice of the enemy at the face of the oppression of the wicked: for they topple mischief on me; in wrath they oppose me.

²² and in the time of his distress he adds to treason against Yah Veh - this is that sovereign Achaz: ²³ and he sacrifices to the elohim of Dammeseq who smite him: and he says, Because the elohim of the sovereigns of Aram help them - so I sacrifice to them - that they help me. - and they stumble him and of all Yisra El.

¹⁰ Delights he in Shadday? Calls he on Elohah at all times?

²² for I know not to give honorary degrees; in so doing my Worker shortly lifts me away.

³ I lift my knowledge from afar and give justness to my Worker.

¹³ And the profaners in heart set wrath; they cry not when he binds them:

⁸ Yet Yah Veh misvahs his mercy in the day; and in the night his song is with me: and my prayer to the El of my life.

⁶ I remember my strumming in the night; I meditate with my heart; my spirit searches.

⁶² at midnight I rise to spread hands to you because of your judgments of justness:

⁵ The mercied jump for joy in honor; they shout on their beds;

¹ Remember your Creator in the days of your youth, where neither the evil days come nor the years touch; when you say, I delight not in them.

²¹ and they pass through, hardened and famished: and so be it, they famish; they enrage and abase their sovereign and their Elohim, and face upward:

¹³ And forgets Yah Veh your worker who spread the heavens and laid the foundations of the earth? - who feared continually every day at the face of the fury of the oppressor as if he were prepared to ruin? And where is the fury of the oppressor?

⁵ For your Worker is your master; Yah Veh Sabaoth is his name; and your Redeemer, the Holy One of Yisra El; the Elohim of the whole earth he is called.

²⁵ And at midnight, Paulos and Silas pray and hymn to Elohim: and the prisoners hear them.

¹⁹ So whoever suffers according to the will of Elohim, commend your own souls in doing good, as to a trustworthy Creator.

²⁶ And Elohim says, We work Adam in our image, after our likeness! - to subjugate over the fish of the sea and over the flyers of the heavens and over the animals and over all the earth and over every creeper creeping on the earth.

⁷ and Yah Veh Elohim forms Adam of the dust of the soil and puffs into his nostrils the breath of life; and Adam becomes a living soul.
THE GARDEN OF EDEN

⁸ Surely there is a spirit in man; and the breath of Shadday gives discernment.

²² Behold, El lofts by his force; Who teaches as he?

¹² Blithe - the mighty whom you discipline, O Yah; - whom you teach from your torah;

⁴¹ They cry, and there is no savior; - to Yah Veh, but he answers them not.

⁶ So pomp chokes them; violence shrouds them as a masculine garment: ⁷ their eyes stand out with fat; they surpass the imagination of the heart: ⁸ they blaspheme and word evil concerning oppression; they word loftily:

³ Grant us charism, O Yah Veh, grant us charism; for we abundantly satiate with disrespectsake ⁴ our soul abundantly satiates with the derision of them who relax - with the disrespect of the pompous.

²⁸ Then they call me, and I answer not; they seek me early, and they find me not;

¹⁴ I ascend above the bamahs of the thick clouds - like Elyon. ¹⁵ Surely you are brought down to sheol - to the flanks of the well. ¹⁶ They who see you peer at you, discerning, Is this the man who quakes the earth? Who quakes sovereigndoms? ¹⁷ Who sets the world as a wilderness? And demolishes the cities? Who opens not the house of his bound?

³¹ now we know that Elohim hears not sinners: but whenever any is reverent of Elohim and does his will, him he hears.

²² I beseech you, receive the torah from his mouth and set his sayings in your heart. ²³ If you return to Shadday, you are built up; remove wickedness far from your tents: ²⁴ so as to set your diggings as dust - as the rocks of the wadies of Ophir. ²⁵ Yes, Shadday becomes your diggings and silver your strengths. ²⁶ For then you have your delight in Shadday - lift your face to Elohah. ²⁷ Intreat to him and he hears you shalam your vows:

⁸ For what is the hope of the profaner, though he gains, when Elohah extracts his soul? ⁹ Hears El his cry when tribulation overcomes him?

²⁰ I cry to you, and you answer me not; I stand, and you discern me not:

¹⁷ he faces the prayer of the naked and despises not their prayer:

⁸ The sacrifice of the wicked is an abhorrence to Yah Veh; and the prayer of the straight is his pleasure.

²⁹ Yah Veh is far from the wicked; and he hears the prayer of the just.

⁹ He who turns his ear from hearing the torah, even his prayer is an abhorrence.

¹ Guard your foot when you go to the house of Elohim; and approach to hear, rather than to give the sacrifice of fools: for they know not that they work evil. ² Neither terrify with your mouth nor hasten with your heart to utter a word at the face of Elohim; for Elohim is in the heavens - and you on earth; so be of few words. ³ The dream comes by the abundance of drudgery; and the voice of a fool by the abundance of words.

¹⁵ And in spreading your palms, I conceal my eyes from you: yes, your abounding prayers I hear not: your hands are filled with blood.

¹¹ So thus says Yah Veh, Behold, I bring evil on them, which they are not able to escape; and though they cry to me I hearken not to them:

¹⁴ and they cry not to me with their heart but howl on their beds: they sojourn for crop and juice and they turn aside against me.

² They cry to me, My Elohim, we - Yisra El, know you! ³ Yisra El casts off the good: an enemy pursues him.

²² Though you holocaust your holocausts and offerings to me, I am neither pleased nor scan I the shelamim of your fatlings:

⁷ but in praying use not vain repetitions exactly as the goyim: for they think they are heard for their polylogy:

²¹ And he says to her, What will you? She words to him, Say that these my two sons sit, the one at your right and the one at the left in your sovereigndom. ²² But Yah Shua answers, saying, You know not what you ask: Are you able to drink of the cup I am about to drink? And baptized with the baptism I am about to be baptized? They word to him, We are able.

³ You ask and take not because you ask evily to spend it in your pleasures.

¹¹ Behold, he passes by me and I see him not; and he passes on, and I discern him not.

¹⁹ If of force, behold, he is strong! If of judgment, who congregates to me?

⁷ Behold, I cry from violence, but no answer; I cry, but no judgment:

³ Who gives that I know - that I find him - that I come to his place!

⁸ Behold, I go eastward, and he is not; and backward, and I discern him not; ⁹ on the left where he works, and I see not; he shrouds himself on the right, and I see not. ¹⁰ For he knows my way; he proofs me; I come forth as gold.

¹² Give me not to the soul of my tribulators; for false witnesses rise against me - such as exhale violence. ¹³ I trusted not to see the goodness of Yah Veh in the land of the living. ¹⁴ Await Yah Veh! Prevail; and he strengthens your heart; yes, await Yah Veh.

⁵ Roll your way to Yah Veh; confide in him; and he works ⁶ and brings forth your justness as the light and your judgment as the noonday.

⁵ My soul, hush only on Elohim; for my hope is from him:

⁸ Confide in him at all times, you people; pour out your heart at his face: Elohim is our refuge. Selah.

⁵ I fabricate the days of antiquity - the years of eternity: ⁶ I remember my strumming in the night; I meditate with my heart; my spirit searches. ⁷ Adonay - casts he off eternally? - never again to please? ⁸ - cease his mercy in perpetuity? - cease his sayings generation to generation? ⁹ - forgets El to grant charism? - in wrath shuts his tender mercies? Selah. ¹⁰ I say, This is my stroke; - the years of the right of Elyon.

² Clouds and dripping darkness surround him; justness and judgment establish his throne.

¹⁸ and so Yah Veh waits to grant you charism - he is exalted to mercy you: for Yah Veh is an Elohim of judgment: blithesome - all who await him.

¹⁰ Who among you fears Yah Veh? Who hearkens to the voice of his servant? Who walks in darkness with no brilliance? Have him confide in the name of Yah Veh and lean on his Elohim.

¹⁷ No instrument formed against you prospers; and every tongue rising against you in judgment, you declare wicked. This is the inheritance of the servants of Yah Veh and their justness is of me - an oracle of Yah Veh.

THE SURVIVORS IN THE FINAL DAYS
And I - I watch to Yah Veh; I await Elohim of my salvation: my Elohim hears me. ⁸ Cheer not against me, O my enemy: when I fall, I rise; when I sit in darkness Yah Veh is my light. ⁹ I bear the rage of Yah Veh because I sinned against him; until he pleads my plea and works my judgment: he brings me to the light and I see his justness.

³³ Who accuses the select of Elohim? Elohim who justifies? ³⁴ Who condemns? Messiah who died, yes rather, who rose - who is even at the right of Elohim - who also intercedes for us?

¹² And Yah Veh says to Mosheh and Aharon, Because you trust not in me to hallow me in the eyes of the sons of Yisra El, so you bring not this congregation into the land I gave them.

⁵ But now it comes on you, and you weary; it touches you, and you terrify.

¹⁴ How much less answer I him? - choose out my words with him?

¹⁵ Behold, he severs me, yet I await not; surely I reprove my own ways at his face.

¹⁵ Terrors turn on me; they pursue my reputation as the wind; and my salvation passes as a thick cloud. ¹⁶ And now my soul pours out on me; the days of humiliation take hold on me; ¹⁷ my bones penetrate within me in the night; and my gnawing lies not down. ¹⁸ By the great force is my robe disguised; it binds around me as the mouth of my coat. ¹⁹ He casts me into the clay and I become as dust and ashes. ²⁰ I cry to you, and you answer me not; I stand, and you discern me not: ²¹ you turn cruel to me; with your mighty hand you oppose me: ²² you lift me to the wind; you drive me and raze my substance. ²³ For I know that you return me to death and to the house of the congregation of all the living. ²⁴ Surely he spreads not his hand to the prey, though they cry in his calamity. ²⁵ Wept I not for him who had a hard day? Grieved not my soul for the needy? ²⁶ When I awaited good, evil came; when I waited for light, darkness came: ²⁷ my inwards boiled and hushed not; the days of humiliation anticipated me. ²⁸ I go darkened without heat; I rise and I cry in the congregation. ²⁹ I am a brother to monsters and a friend to daughters of the owl. ³⁰ My skin blackens on me; my bones scorch with parch. ³¹ My harp becomes mourning and my woodwind the voice of weeping.

¹¹ Is your mercy scribed in the tomb? - your trustworthiness in Abaddon? ¹² - your marvels known in the dark? - your justness in the land of oblivion? ¹³ And I - to you I cried, O Yah Veh; and in the morning my prayer anticipates you. ¹⁴ O Yah Veh, why cast you my soul? Why hide your face from me? ¹⁵ I am humbled - expiring since ladhood; I bear your terrors - perplexed; ¹⁶ your fuming passes over me; your terrors exterminate me;

³² then I visit their rebellion with the scion and their perversity with plagues:

⁸ How give I you up, Ephrayim? How buckler I you, Yisra El? How give I you as Admah? How set I you as Seboim? My heart turns within me; my solaces yearn together. ⁹ I neither work the fuming of my wrath nor return to ruin Ephrayim: for I am El, and not man; the Holy One among you: and I enter not the city.

²⁰ and behold, you become hushed and not able to speak until the day these become - because you trust not my words to fulfill/shalam in their season.

¹¹ Now indeed, for the present, no discipline is thought to be cheerful - but sorrowful: nevertheless afterward it gives the shalom of the fruit of justness to them who exercise through it. ¹² So straighten the limping hands and the paralyzed knees;

¹⁹ As many as ever I befriend I reprove and discipline: so be zealous and repent.

IYOB SPEAKS
After this Iyob opens his mouth and abases his day;

² behold, I beseech, I open my mouth; my tongue words in my palate;

⁸ surely you said to my ears; and I heard the voice of your utterances; ⁹ I am pure without rebellion - covered - no perversity within me. ¹⁰ Behold, he finds alienations against me; he fabricates me for his enemy; ¹¹ he sets my feet in the stocks; he guards all my paths. ¹² Behold, in this you are not justified; I answer you, Elohah is greater than man.

³⁵ Iyob words without comprehending - words without wisdom. ³⁶ I yearn that Iyob be proofed in perpetuity because of his responses for men of mischief: ³⁷ for he adds rebellion to his sin, he claps among us and abounds his sayings against El.

² Who is this who darkens counsel by utterances without knowledge?
