⁴ I am as one ridiculed by his friend, who calls on Elohah and he answers him; he ridicules the just, the integrious. ⁵ He who prepares to waver with his feet is as a flambeau disrespected in the thoughts of him who relaxes.

⁹ Is it good that he probe you? As one mocks a man, mock you him?

¹³ Hush, leave me alone to word; and whatever passes over me.

¹⁰ they gape on me with their mouth; they smite me on the cheek reproachfully; they fulfill against me.

²⁰ My friends scorn me; but my eye drips to Elohah.

² If not, mockeries are with me and my eye is stayed in their rebelling?

³¹ Mark well, O Iyob, hearken to me; hush and I word. ³² If you have utterances, respond; word, for I desire to justify you. ³³ If not, hearken to me; hush - and I teach you wisdom.
