³² - so be it neither fulfilled in his day nor his palm leaf green;

¹⁶ he is moist at the face of the sun and his sprout shoots forth in his garden: ¹⁷ his roots entwine around the heap and see the house of stones. ¹⁸ If he is swallowed from his place, then they deny saying, I see you not. ¹⁹ Behold the joy of his way, and others sprout from the dust.

⁷ For there is hope of a tree, if it is cut down, that it change again, that its sprout not cease. ⁸ Though the root age in the earth and the stump die in the dust; ⁹ and blossoms through the scent of water and works harvest as a plant;

¹⁶ His roots wither below and above his harvest is clipped: ¹⁷ his memorial destructs from the earth and he has no name at the face of the outways:

¹⁶ - who were plucked from time? - whose foundation was poured with a flood?

⁵ Also, El pulls you down in perpetuity - takes you and uproots you from your tent - uproots you from the land of the living. It withers in all the prey of her sprout, even without great power or many people to bear it up by the roots. ¹⁰ Yes, behold, transplanting, it prospers! In withering, withers it not when the east wind touches it? It withers in the furrows of the sprout.

¹⁶ Ephrayim is smitten: their root withers; they work no fruit: yes, though they birth, yet I slay the desire of their belly.

⁵ I become as the dew to Yisra El: he blossoms as the lily and smites his roots as Lebanon: ⁶ his sprouts spread and his majesty becomes as the olive and his scent as Lebanon. ⁷ They who settle under his shadow return; they enliven as the crop and blossom as the vine: their memorial is as the wine of Lebanon.

⁶ Unless anyone abides in me, he is cast as a branch and withers; and men gather them and cast them into the fire and burn them.
