¹⁷ you renew your witnesses against me and abound your vexation with me; changes and hostility are against me.

⁸ you pluck me for a witness; my emaciation rises within me and answers to my face:

¹⁹ El hears and answers them - he who settled from antiquity. Selah. He neither changes, nor awes Elohim;

¹¹ Moab relaxes from his youth and rests on his dregs - neither poured out from instrument to instrument nor gone into exile: so his taste stands within him and his scent changes not.

¹² And so be it, at that time, I search Yeru Shalem with lamps; and visit on the men who curdle on their dregs - who say in their heart, Yah Veh neither well-pleases nor vilifies.
