And Elohim blesses Noach and his sons and says to them, Bear fruit and abound and fill the earth.

¹⁶ The heavens - the heavens, are to Yah Veh; but he gives the earth to the sons of humanity.

⁵ Thus says El Yah Veh, who created the heavens and spread them; who expanded the earth and its offspring; who gave breath to the people thereon, and spirit to them who walk therein:

He works the earth by his force; he establishes the world by his wisdom and spreads the heavens by his discernment:

¹⁰ and I abound humanity on you - all the house of Yisra El - all thereof to settle the cities and build the parched areas: ¹¹ and I abound on you humanity and animal; and they abound and bear fruit: and I settle you after your former estates and do better to you than at your beginnings: and you know I - Yah Veh. ¹² Yes, I walk humanity all over you - my people Yisra El; and they possess you and you become their inheritance; and you add not to bereave them.
