²⁹ and at noon, you grope in darkness as the blind grope; and you prosper not in your ways: and you become only oppressed and stripped all days and no man saves you. ³⁰ You betroth a woman and another man rapes her; you build a house and you settle not therein; you plant a vineyard and pluck not thereof: ³¹ your ox, slaughtered in front of your eyes and you not eat thereof; your he burro, stripped at your face - never to return to you; your flocks, given to your enemies and no one saves them: ³² your sons and your daughters, given to another people; and your eyes see, and fail for them all the day long; and there is no el in your hand. ³³ The fruit of your soil and all your labours, eaten by a people you know not; and you become only oppressed and crushed all days:

²² I beseech, discern this, you who forget Elohah, lest I tear in pieces and there be no one to rescue.

²⁰ - to hear the shrieking of the bound; to loose the sons of death;

⁷ Your land, a desolation; your cities, burned with fire: your soil, strangers devour in your presence - a desolation overthrown by strangers.

¹⁷ Who sets the world as a wilderness? And demolishes the cities? Who opens not the house of his bound?

² that sends ambassadors by the sea even in instruments of bulrushes on the face of the waters. Go, you swift angels, to a goyim drawn and polished; to a people awesome from their beginning and onward; a goyim lined up and trampled whose land the rivers split.

¹⁸ And so be it, he who flees from the voice of the fear falls into the pit; and he who ascends from midst the pit is captured in the snare: for the windows from on high open, and the foundations of the earth quake:

²² and they gather a gathering as they gather the bound in a well, and shut them up in the lockup; and after many days they are visited.

SANCHERIB APPREHENDS YAH HUDAH
And so be it, in the fourteenth year of sovereign Yechizqi Yah, Sancherib sovereign of Ashshur ascends against all the fortified cities of Yah Hudah and apprehends them:

⁷ to open the eyes of the blind; to bring the bound from the lock up; those sitting in darkness from the prison house.

¹³ I waken him in justness and straighten all his ways: he builds my city and he sends away my exiles - neither for price nor bribe, says Yah Veh Sabaoth.

²³ and I set it in the hand of them who grieve you; who say to your soul, Prostrate, and we pass over: and you set your back as the earth, and as the outway, to them who pass over.

⁴ For thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Formerly my people descended into Misrayim to sojourn there; and the Ashshuri oppressed them unceasingly: ⁵ and now, what is to me here - an oracle of Yah Veh that my people are taken away gratuitously? They who reign over them have them to howl - an oracle of Yah Veh and continually every day my name is scorned.

⁹ All you live beings of the field, come to devour - all you live beings in the forest.

¹⁷ Yisra El is a scattered lamb; the lions drive him away: first the sovereign of Ashshur devours him; and last this Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel craunches his bones.

³⁴ Nebukadnets Tsar the sovereign of Babel devours us; crushes us: he sets me an empty instrument; he swallows me up as a monster; he fills his belly with my pleasures; he thrusts me away. ³⁵ My violence, and that of my flesh is on Babel, say the settlers of Siyon; and my blood on the settlers of Kesediym, says Yeru Shalem.

⁴ And so be it, in the ninth year of his reign, in the tenth month, in the tenth of the month, Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel comes - he and all his valiant against Yeru Shalem and encamp against it; and builds battering towers against it all around: ⁵ thus the city comes under siege to the eleventh year of sovereign Sidqi Yah. ⁶ And in the fourth month, in the ninth of the month, the famine prevails in the city, and there is no bread for the people of the land. ⁷ Then the city splits and all the men of war flee; and go from the city by night by the way of the portal between the two walls by the garden of the sovereign - the Kesediym are all around the city; and they go by the way of the plain: ⁸ and the valiant of the Kesediym pursue the sovereign and overtake Sidqi Yah in the plains of Yericho; and all his valiant scatter from him: ⁹ and they apprehend the sovereign, and ascend him to the sovereign of Babel - to Riblah in the land of Hamath; where he words judgment on him. ¹⁰ And the sovereign of Babel slaughters the sons of Sidqi Yah in front of his eyes: he also slaughters all the governors of Yah Hudah in Riblah: ¹¹ and he blinds the eyes of Sidqi Yah; and the sovereign of Babel binds him in coppers and carries him to Babel; and gives him in the house of visitation until the day of his death.

³¹ And so be it, in the thirty-seventh year of the exile of Yah Yachin sovereign of Yah Hudah, in the twelfth month, in the twenty-fifth of the month, Evil Merodach sovereign of Babel in the year of his sovereigndom lifts the head of Yah Yachin sovereign of Yah Hudah; and brings him from the prison house;

⁴¹ And as he approaches he sees the city and weeps over it, ⁴² wording, If you had known, even you, yet indeed in this, your day, all these that be for your shalom! But now they are secreted from your eyes. ⁴³ For days come upon you, that your enemies envelop a palisade around you, and surround you and hold you in on every side, ⁴⁴ and raze you and your children within you; and they allow not stone upon stone in you; because you know not the season of your visitation.

²⁰ And whenever you see Yeru Shalem surrounded by warriors, then know that the desolation thereof approaches: ²¹ Then they in Yah Hudah, flee to the mountains; and they in her midst, depart; and they in the regions, enter not. ²² For these are the days of vengeance, to fulfill/shalam all that is scribed. ²³ And woe to them who have in womb and to them who nipple in those days! for mega need becomes upon the earth and wrath upon this people: ²⁴ and they fall by the mouth of the sword, and are captured into all goyim: and Yeru Shalem becomes trampled by the goyim, until the seasons of the goyim fulfill/shalam.
