THE EXALTMENT OF SPREAD HANDS
O Yah Veh, you my Elohim; I exalt you: I spread hands to your name: for you worked marvels; your counsels of the distant past are trustworthiness and amen.

² Yah becomes my strength and song and he becomes my salvation: my El; and I rest in his habitation: Elohim of my father; and I exalt him.

¹⁹ El is neither a man, that he lies; nor the son of humanity, that he sighs: Says he ever, and not work? Or words he ever, and it not rise?

DAVID BLESSES YAH VEH ELOHIM OF YISRA EL
And David blesses Yah Veh in the eyes of all the congregation: and David says, Blessed - you Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El our father eternally and eternally. ¹¹ Yours, O Yah Veh, - the greatness and the might and the adornment in perpetuity and in majesty for all in the heavens and in the earth: yours is the sovereigndom, O Yah Veh, and you are lifted as head over all: ¹² and riches and honor are at your face and you reign over all; and in your hand is force and might; and in your hand to greaten and to strengthen all. ¹³ And now, our Elohim, we spread hands to you and halal your glorious name. ¹⁴ Yes, because who am I and who are my people, to restrain from volunteering after this sort? For all is from you and from your hand we give you: ¹⁵ for we are sojourners at your face and settlers, as all our fathers: our days on the earth are as a shadow and there is no expectation. ¹⁶ O Yah Veh our Elohim, all this multitude we prepare to build you a house for your holy name is from your hand and is all your own: ¹⁷ and I know, my Elohim, that you proof the heart and have pleasure in straightness. As for me, in the straightness of my heart, I volunteer all these: and now with cheer I see your people who are found here - who volunteer to you. ¹⁸ O Yah Veh Elohim of Abraham, Yischaq and of Yisra El, our fathers, guard this eternally in the imagination of the fabrications of the heart of your people and prepare their heart to you: ¹⁹ and give Shelomoh my son a heart of shalom to guard your misvoth, your witnesses and your statutes; and to work all these and to build the palace I prepare. ²⁰ And David says to all the congregation, Bless, I pray you, Yah Veh your Elohim. And all the congregation blesses Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers and bows and prostrates to Yah Veh and the sovereign.

¹⁰ Yah Veh voids the counsel of the goyim; he annuls the fabrications of the people: ¹¹ the counsel of Yah Veh stands eternal; the fabrications of his heart generation to generation.

⁵ Many, O Yah Veh my Elohim, are the marvels and the fabrications you worked toward us; no one lines them up to you; if I tell and word they are mightier than are scribed.

¹⁰ Slacken and know that I - Elohim loft among the goyim - loft in the earth.

⁴ we conceal them not from their sons - scribing to the generation after the halals of Yah Veh: and his strength and his marvels he worked.

¹ A Psalm. O sing to Yah Veh a new song; for he works marvels: his right and his holy arm saves.

⁵ Exalt Yah Veh our Elohim; prostrate at the stool of his feet; - he is holy.

⁸ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ⁹ For he satisfies the yearning soul and the famished soul he fills with goodness ¹⁰ - such as settle in darkness and in the shadow of death - bound in humiliation and iron: ¹¹ because they rebel against the sayings of El and scorn the counsel of Elyon: ¹² he subdues their heart with toil; they stumble and there is no helper. ¹³ And they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation and he saves them from their distresses: ¹⁴ he brings them from darkness and the shadow of death; and tears their bands. ¹⁵ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ¹⁶ For he broke the doors of copper and cut the bars of iron. ¹⁷ Fools by way of their rebellion and by way of their perversities are humbled: ¹⁸ their soul abhors all their food; and they touch to the portals of death. ¹⁹ And they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation; he saves them from their distresses: ²⁰ he sends his word and heals them and rescues them from their pitfalls. ²¹ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ²² Sacrifice the sacrifices of spread hands and scribe his works with shouting. ²³ They who descend to the sea in ships - who work in great waters; ²⁴ these see the works of Yah Veh and his marvels in the deep. ²⁵ He says, and the stormy wind which lifts the waves stay: ²⁶ they ascend to the heavens; they descend to the abysses; their soul melts because of evil. ²⁷ They celebrate and stagger as intoxicated - swallow all their wisdom: ²⁸ and they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation and he brings them from their distresses: ²⁹ he raises the storm to hush and the waves hush: ³⁰ and they cheer because they hush; and he leads them to their haven of desire. ³¹ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ³² Exalt him in the congregation of the people and halal him in the settlement of the elders. ³³ He sets rivers to a wilderness and the springs of waters to thirst; ³⁴ a fruitful land to salt for the evil of them who settle therein. ³⁵ He sets the wilderness to a marsh of water and parched earth to springs of waters: ³⁶ and there he settles the famished to prepare a city for settlement ³⁷ - to seed the fields and plant vineyards; to work fruits of produce: ³⁸ he blesses them to abound mightily; and diminishes not their animals. ³⁹ They diminish and prostrate through restraint, evil, and grief: ⁴⁰ he pours disrespect on volunteers to stray in the way where there is no way: ⁴¹ and he lofts the needy from humiliation and sets families as a flock. ⁴² The straight see and cheer; and all wickedness shuts her mouth. ⁴³ Who is wise and guards these, discerns the mercy of Yah Veh.

⁴ he worked his marvels - a memorial; Yah Veh is charismatic and merciful.

²⁸ You are my El, and I spread hands to you; you are my Elohim, I exalt you.

¹ Halal: By David. I exalt you, my Elohim, O sovereign; and I bless your name eternally and eternally:

² I halal Yah Veh in my life time; I psalm to my Elohim while I still am.

¹³ O Yah Veh our Elohim, adonim beside you mastered us: but only by you, we memorialize your name.

²⁹ This also comes from Yah Veh Sabaoth, - marvellous in counsel and greatened in support.

¹⁰ telling the end from the beginning, and what formerly was not worked from antiquity, saying, My counsel rises and I work all my delight:

¹⁰ In rejoicing, I rejoice in Yah Veh; my soul twirls in my Elohim: for he enrobes me with the clothes of salvation, he clothes me with the mantle of justness - as a bridegroom decks - as a priest with ornaments - as a bride adorns with instruments.

¹⁷ Aha, Adonay Yah Veh! Behold, you worked the heavens and the earth by your great power and spread arm; and there is no word too marvellous for you: ¹⁸ you work mercy to thousands and shalam for the perversity of the fathers into the bosom of their sons after them. The Great! The Mighty El! Yah Veh Sabaoth is his name: ¹⁹ great in counsel and great in exploits: in that your eyes open on all the ways of the sons of humanity: to give every man according to his ways, and according to the fruit of his exploits: ²⁰ who set signs and omens in the land of Misrayim to this day; and in Yisra El and among humanity; and worked a name, as this day; ²¹ and brought forth your people Yisra El from the land of Misrayim with signs and with omens; and with a strong hand and with a spread arm and with great awesomeness; ²² and give them this land which you oathed to their fathers to give them - a land flowing with milk and honey; ²³ and they came in and possessed; and they neither hearkened to your voice, nor walked in your torah; nor worked all you misvahed them to work: so you confronted all this evil on them. ²⁴ Behold the mounds, they come to the city to capture it - to give the city into the hand of the Kesediym who fight against it at the face of the sword and of the famine and of the pestilence: and what you worded, becomes; and behold, you see.

¹⁷ Thus says Adonay Yah Veh; Are you he of whom I worded in ancient time by the hand of my servants the prophets of Yisra El, who prophesied in those days - years that I bring you against them? ¹⁸ And so be it, in that day, the day Gog enters the soil of Yisra El - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh that my fury ascends in my nostrils. ¹⁹ For in my jealousy and in the fire of my wrath - I have worded; surely in that day a great quake becomes in the soil of Yisra El; ²⁰ so that the fishes of the sea and the flyers of the heavens and the live beings of the field and all creepers creeping on the soil and all the humans on the face of the soil quake at my face: and the mountains demolish and the steep steps fall and every wall falls to the earth: ²¹ and I call for a sword against him throughout all my mountains - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh - the sword of every man is against his brother: ²² and I judge against him with pestilence and with blood; and I rain on him and on his bands and on the many people with him, an overflowing downpour and great hailstones, fire and sulphur. ²³ Thus I greaten myself and hallow myself; and I am known in the eyes of many goyim; and they know I - Yah Veh.

² It is glorifying in front of me to show the omens and marvels Elyon Elah serves toward me. ³ How great his omens! And how mighty his marvels! His sovereigndom is an eternal sovereigndom, and his dominion from generation to generation.

²⁵ For brothers, I will not that you be unknowing of this mystery, lest you think beyond yourselves; that petrifaction by part became Yisra El, until the fulness/shalom of the goyim enter. ²⁶ And thus all Yisra El is saved! Exactly as scribed, The Rescuer comes from Siyon and turns irreverence from Yaaqov: ²⁷ for this is my covenant to them when I remove their sins. ^{Psalm 14:7, Isaiah 59:20 28} Indeed, as concerning the evangelism, enemies for your sakes: but as touching the selection, beloved for the sakes of the fathers. ²⁹ For the charismata and calling of Elohim are irrevocable.

¹¹ in whom we also inherit, being pre-determined according to the prothesis of him who energizes all after the counsel of his own will:

¹⁷ Wherein Elohim willed more superabundantly to show the heirs of pre-evangelism the immutability of his counsel, he confirmed it by an oath: ¹⁸ that through two immutable matters, in which it is impossible for Elohim to lie, we who fled for refuge, have a mighty consolation to empower the hope set in front of us:

⁹ and they sing a new ode, wording, You are worthy to take the scroll and to open the seals thereof: because you were slaughtered and marketed us to Elohim by your blood from every scion and tongue and people and goyim; ¹⁰ and made us sovereigns and priests to our Elohim to reign on the earth. ¹¹ And I perceive and I hear the voice of many angels surrounding the throne and the live beings and the elders: and their number is myriads times myriads and thousands of thousands; ¹² wording with a mega voice, Worthy is the Lamb who was slaughtered to take dynamis and riches and wisdom and might and honor and glory and eulogy. ¹³ And I hear every creature in the heavens and in the earth and under the earth and on the sea and all therein, wording, Eulogy and honor and glory and power, to him sitting upon the throne and to the Lamb to the eons of the eons. ¹⁴ And the four live beings word, Amen! And the twenty-four elders fall and worship him who lives to the eons of the eons.

¹² wording, Amen: Eulogy and glory and wisdom and eucharist and honor and dynamis and might to our Elohim to the eons of the eons. Amen.

³ And they sing the ode of Mosheh the servant of Elohim and the ode of the Lamb; wording, Mega and marvellous are your works, Yah Veh El Sabaoth; just and true are your ways, Sovereign of the holy:

And I see the heavens open; and behold, a white horse; and he sitting on him is called Trustworthy and True; and in justness he judges and wars.
