¹⁶ From the uttermost wing of the earth we hear songs - the splendor of the just: and I say, My emaciation! My emaciation! Woe to me! the coverters covert; yes, the coverters covert:

¹¹ Who is like you, O Yah Veh, among the el? Who is like you, mighty in holiness? - awesome in halals, working marvels?

⁸ Ask of me; and I give you the goyim for your inheritance and the finalities of the earth for your possession.

²⁷ All the finalities of the world remember and turn to Yah Veh; and all the families of the goyim prostrate at your face. ²⁸ For the sovereigndom is to Yah Veh; he is the sovereign among the goyim. ²⁹ All the fat on earth eat and prostrate; all they who descend to the dust kneel at his face; and none enlivens his own soul. ³⁰ A seed serves him; - ascribed to Adonay for a generation. ³¹ They come and tell his justness to a people yet to be birthed - whom he has worked.

¹⁰ The just cheers when he sees the avengement; he washes his steps in the blood of the wicked.

⁷ - Elohim blesses us: and all the finality of the earth awes him.

⁸ He subjugates from sea to sea - from the river to the finalities of the earth: ⁹ desertdwellers kneel at his face and his enemies lick the dust. ¹⁰ The sovereigns of Tarshish and of the islands return offerings; the sovereigns of Sheba and Seba oblate their hire; ¹¹ yes, all sovereigns prostrate ere in front of him; all goyim serve him.

³ he remembers his mercy and his trustworthiness toward the house of Yisra El; all the finalities of the earth see the salvation of our Elohim.

O spread hands to Yah Veh, for good; for his mercy eternal. ² Say it, you redeemed of Yah Veh - whom he redeemed from the hand of the tribulator; ³ and gathered from the lands - from the rising and from duskward, from the north and from seaward. ⁴ They strayed in the wilderness in a way of desolation; they found no city of settlement; ⁵ famished; yes, thirsty; their soul languished therein. ⁶ They cried to Yah Veh in their tribulation and he rescued them from their distresses; ⁷ he aimed them by the straight way to go to a city of settlement. ⁸ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ⁹ For he satisfies the yearning soul and the famished soul he fills with goodness ¹⁰ - such as settle in darkness and in the shadow of death - bound in humiliation and iron: ¹¹ because they rebel against the sayings of El and scorn the counsel of Elyon: ¹² he subdues their heart with toil; they stumble and there is no helper. ¹³ And they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation and he saves them from their distresses: ¹⁴ he brings them from darkness and the shadow of death; and tears their bands. ¹⁵ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ¹⁶ For he broke the doors of copper and cut the bars of iron. ¹⁷ Fools by way of their rebellion and by way of their perversities are humbled: ¹⁸ their soul abhors all their food; and they touch to the portals of death. ¹⁹ And they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation; he saves them from their distresses: ²⁰ he sends his word and heals them and rescues them from their pitfalls. ²¹ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ²² Sacrifice the sacrifices of spread hands and scribe his works with shouting. ²³ They who descend to the sea in ships - who work in great waters; ²⁴ these see the works of Yah Veh and his marvels in the deep. ²⁵ He says, and the stormy wind which lifts the waves stay: ²⁶ they ascend to the heavens; they descend to the abysses; their soul melts because of evil. ²⁷ They celebrate and stagger as intoxicated - swallow all their wisdom: ²⁸ and they cry to Yah Veh in their tribulation and he brings them from their distresses: ²⁹ he raises the storm to hush and the waves hush: ³⁰ and they cheer because they hush; and he leads them to their haven of desire. ³¹ Spread hands to Yah Veh for his mercy and for his marvels to the sons of humanity! ³² Exalt him in the congregation of the people and halal him in the settlement of the elders. ³³ He sets rivers to a wilderness and the springs of waters to thirst; ³⁴ a fruitful land to salt for the evil of them who settle therein. ³⁵ He sets the wilderness to a marsh of water and parched earth to springs of waters: ³⁶ and there he settles the famished to prepare a city for settlement ³⁷ - to seed the fields and plant vineyards; to work fruits of produce: ³⁸ he blesses them to abound mightily; and diminishes not their animals. ³⁹ They diminish and prostrate through restraint, evil, and grief: ⁴⁰ he pours disrespect on volunteers to stray in the way where there is no way: ⁴¹ and he lofts the needy from humiliation and sets families as a flock. ⁴² The straight see and cheer; and all wickedness shuts her mouth. ⁴³ Who is wise and guards these, discerns the mercy of Yah Veh.

¹⁶ So Adonay - Adonay Sabaoth sends emaciation among his fatness; and under his honor he burns a burning as the burning of a fire:

⁴ And so be it, in that day, the honor of Yaaqov languishes and the fatness of his flesh emaciates:

² I am told a hard vision: the coverter coverts and the ravager ravages. Ascend, O Elam! Besiege, O Maday! I shabbathize all its sighing.

¹⁵ You increased the goyim, O Yah Veh, you increased the goyim: you are honored: you removed it afar to all the ends of the earth.

⁵ In that day, Yah Veh Sabaoth becomes for a crown of splendor; and for a corona of adornment to the survivors of his people;

HO TO THE RAVAGER
Ho to you who ravage, and are not ravaged; who deal covertly, and are not dealt covertly: when you consummate ravaging, they ravage you; and when you end dealing covertly, they deal covertly with you.

²² Face me, and be saved, all you finalities of the earth: for I - El; and there is no one else. ²³ I oath by myself; the word goes from my mouth in justness, and returns not, That to me every knee kneels, every tongue oaths. ^{Philippians 2:9-11 24} Surely in Yah Veh, he says, I have justness and strength: to him he comes; and all who inflame against him, shame. ²⁵ In Yah Veh all the seed of Yisra El is justified, and halals.

⁸ Yes, you heard not; yes, you knew not; yes, from the time your ear was not opened: for I knew that in dealing covertly, that you deal covertly - a rebel from the belly.

¹⁰ Yah Veh strips his holy arm in the eyes of all the goyim; and all the finalities of the earth see the salvation of our Elohim.

²¹ and all your people just - successors of the land eternally - the branch of my planting; the work of my hands; to be adorned.

¹⁹ and I set a sign among them; and I send the escapees to the goyim - to Tarshish, Pul, and Lud - who draw the bow, - to Tubal, and Yavan - to the islands afar, who neither heard my fame nor saw my honor; and they tell my honor among the goyim: ²⁰ and they bring all your brothers for an offering to Yah Veh - from all goyim on horses and in chariots and in palanquins and on mules and on prancers to my holy mountain Yeru Shalem, says Yah Veh; as the sons of Yisra El bring an offering in a pure instrument into the house of Yah Veh.

²⁰ Surely as a woman deals covertly with her friend, thus you deal covertly with me, O house of Yisra El - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹¹ For the house of Yisra El and the house of Yah Hudah in dealing covertly, deal covertly against me - an oracle of Yah Veh.

THE PRAYER OF YIRME YAH
You are just, O Yah Veh, O that I plead with you - word to you of judgments! Why prospers the way of the wicked? Why are all they serene - who in dealing covertly, deal covertly?

⁶ For even your brothers, and the house of your father - even they dealt covertly with you; yes, they called a multitude after you: trust them not, though they word good words to you.

² In weeping, she weeps in the night - her tears on her cheeks; of all her lovers, none sigh over her; all her friends deal treacherously with her - become her enemies.

⁷ They deal covertly against Yah Veh: for they birth strange sons: now a month consumes them with their allotments.

⁷ And they, as humanity, trespass the covenant: there they deal covertly against me.

⁴ and he stands and tends in the strength of Yah Veh in the pomp of the name of Yah Veh his Elohim: and there they settle: for now he greatens to the finalities of the earth:

³ Why show me mischief, and have me to scan at toil? With ravage and violence in front of me? And strife and contention lifting themselves?

²⁷ And then he apostolizes his angels and gathers his select from the four winds - from the extremity of the earth to the extremity of the heavens.

⁴⁷ for thus Yah Veh misvahed us: I place you, a light of the goyim, to be to salvation to the finality of the earth. ^{Isaiah 42:6,7}

³ And they sing the ode of Mosheh the servant of Elohim and the ode of the Lamb; wording, Mega and marvellous are your works, Yah Veh El Sabaoth; just and true are your ways, Sovereign of the holy:

⁵ And I hear the angel of the waters wording, You are just, O Yah Veh, who is and who was ^*, because you judge these. ^{*most mss omit, and who is coming 6} Because they poured the blood of the holy and prophets; and you give them blood to drink; for they are worthy. ⁷ And I hear another from the sacrifice altar wording, Yes, Yah Veh El Sabaoth, true and just are your judgments.

THE FOUR HALALU YAHS FROM THE HEAVENS
And after these I hear a mega voice of many multitudes in the heavens, wording, Halalu Yah! Salvation and glory and honor and dynamis, to Yah Veh our Elohim: ² because true and just are his judgments: because he judged the mega whore who corrupted the earth in her whoredom and avenged the blood of his servants from her hand. ³ And secondly they say, Halalu Yah! - and her smoke ascends to the eons of the eons. ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four live beings fall and worship Elohim sitting on the throne, wording, Amen! Halalu Yah! ⁵ And a voice comes from the throne, wording, Halal our Elohim, all you his servants and you who awe him - both minute and mega. ⁶ And I hear as the voice of a vast multitude and as the voice of many waters and as the voice of mighty thunderings, wording, Halalu Yah! because Yah Veh El Sabaoth reigns.
