A PSALM OF SPREAD HANDS
And in that day you say, O Yah Veh, I spread hands to you: though you were angry with me, you turn away your wrath and you sigh over me. ² Behold, El is my salvation; I confide, and fear not: for Yah Yah Veh is my strength and psalm; and he is my salvation. ³ and with rejoicing you bail water from the fountains of salvation. ⁴ And in that day, you say, Spread hands to Yah Veh! Call on his name! Make known his exploits among the people! Remember - his name is exalted! ⁵ Psalm to Yah Veh for he worked pomp! - this is known in all the earth. ⁶ Resound and shout, you settlers of Siyon: for great is the Holy One of Yisra El in your midst.

THE EXALTMENT OF SPREAD HANDS
O Yah Veh, you my Elohim; I exalt you: I spread hands to your name: for you worked marvels; your counsels of the distant past are trustworthiness and amen.

SONG OF THE LAND OF YAH HUDAH
In that day, this song is sung in the land of Yah Hudah: A strong city, we; he places salvation for walls and trenches.

² In that day, you answer her, A vineyard of desire.

²³ Shout, O you heavens; for Yah Veh worked it: shout, you nethermost earth: break forth into shouting, you mountains; O forest, and every tree therein: for Yah Veh redeems Yaaqov, and adorns himself in Yisra El.

A MESSIANIC PROPHECY
How befitting on the mountains are the feet of him who evangelizes: who hearkens shalom; who evangelizes of good; who hearkens salvation; who says to Siyon, Your Elohim reigns! ⁸ Your watchers lift the voice; with the voice they shout together: for they see eye to eye when Yah Veh returns to Siyon. ⁹ Break forth in joy! Shout together, you parched areas of Yeru Shalem! For Yah Veh sighs over his people; he redeems Yeru Shalem:

THE GLORY OF SIYON
Shout, O sterile; you who birth not! Break forth into shouting and resound, you who writhe not! for more are the sons of the desolated than the sons of the married, says Yah Veh.

¹⁹ And spread hands proceed from them and the voice of them who ridicule: and I abound them and they diminish not; I honor them, and they are not belittled:

For I restore the captivity of the land as at the first, says Yah Veh.

¹⁴ Sing, O daughter of Siyon! Shout, O Yisra El! Cheer and jump for joy with all the heart, O daughter of Yeru Shalem! ¹⁵ Yah Veh turns aside your judgments; he faces your enemy: the sovereign of Yisra El, Yah Veh, is midst you: you see no evil any more. ¹⁶ In that day they say to Yeru Shalem, Awe not! Siyon, slacken not your hands! ¹⁷ Yah Veh your Elohim midst you is mighty; he saves; he rejoices over you with cheerfulness; he hushes in his love; he twirls over you with shouting. ¹⁸ I gather the grieved from the congregation who became from you; whose reproach was a burden. ¹⁹ Behold, at that time, I work all who humble you: and I save her who limps, and gather her who was expelled; and I set them for a halal and a name in every land of their shame. ²⁰ At that time, I bring you, even in the time I gather you: for I give you a name and a halal among all people of the earth, when I restore your captivity in front of your eyes, says Yah Veh.

¹⁰ Shout and cheer, O daughter of Siyon: for behold, I come and I tabernacle among you - an oracle of Yah Veh.
