For, behold, Adonay Yah Veh Sabaoth turns aside from Yeru Shalem and from Yah Hudah the support and the support - the whole support of bread and the whole support of water: 2 the mighty and the man of war, the judge and the prophet, and the diviner and the aged, 3 the governor of fifty, and the lifted face and the counsellor, and the wise engraver and the discerning orator: 4 and I give lads for governors and freaks reign over them. 5 And the people exact, man upon man; even man upon his friend: the lads abuse against the aged and the base against the honorable. 6 When man apprehends his brother of the house of his father by the clothing, and says, Be our commander; and this stumblingblock is under your hand: 7 in that day he lifts his hand, saying, I am not a binder; and in my house is neither bread nor clothing: set me not a commander of the people. 8 For Yeru Shalem falters and Yah Hudah falls: because of their tongue and their exploitations against Yah Veh - to rebel against the eyes of his honor:
