Because Yah Veh mercies Yaaqov, and yet chooses Yisra El, and sets them in their own soil: and the sojourners join with them and scrape them to the house of Yaaqov:

Leviticus 26:40-45

THE REWARD FOR WRINGING HANDS

Deuteronomy 4:29-31

Isaiah 54:7-8

7 For a small blink I forsook you; but with great mercies I gather you: 8 in an outburst of rage I hid my face from you for a blink; and in eternal mercy I mercy you, says Yah Veh your Redeemer.

Jeremiah 31:8-12

Jeremiah 32:37-41

37 Behold, I gather them from all lands, where I drove them in my wrath and in my fury and in great rage; and I return them to this place: and have them settle confidently: 38 and they are my people, and I am their Elohim: 39 and I give them one heart and one way, so that they awe me all days, for the good of them and of their sons after them: 40 and I cut an eternal covenant with them to not turn away from after them to well-please them; and I give my fear in their hearts that they not turn aside from me. 41 Yes, I rejoice over them to do them good, and I plant them in this land in truth with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

Jeremiah 50:4-6

Jeremiah 50:33

33 Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth; The sons of Yisra El and the sons of Yah Hudah are oppressed: and all who capture them hold them; they refuse to send them away.

Jeremiah 51:4-6

Zechariah 1:17

Zechariah 2:11-12
