Because Yah Veh mercies Yaaqov, and yet chooses Yisra El, and sets them in their own soil: and the sojourners join with them and scrape them to the house of Yaaqov:

THE REWARD FOR WRINGING HANDS
And if they wring hands for their perversity and the perversity of their fathers, and the treason they treason against me and also for walking contrary to me; ⁴¹ and that I also, in walking contrary to them bring them into the land of their enemies - if they humble their uncircumcised hearts; and they then be pleased in the punishment of their perversity ⁴² - then I remember my covenant with Yaaqov and also my covenant with Yischaq and also my covenant with Abraham I remember - and I remember the land. ⁴³ For they forsake the land and are pleased in her shabbaths as she lies desolate without them: and they are pleased in their perversity: because - even because they spurn my judgments and because their soul loathes my statutes. ⁴⁴ And yes, for all that, when they are in the land of their enemies, I neither spurn them nor loathe them to finish them off - to break my covenant with them: for I - Yah Veh their Elohim. ⁴⁵ But I, for their sakes, remember the covenant of their first, whom I brought from the land of Misrayim in the eyes of the goyim, that I become their Elohim: I - Yah Veh.

²⁹ And if from there you seek Yah Veh your Elohim - and find if you seek him with all your heart and with all your soul ³⁰ - when you are in tribulation and all these words find you - even in the final days, if you turn to Yah Veh your Elohim and hearken to his voice; ³¹
YAH VEH, A MERCIFUL EL for Yah Veh your Elohim is a merciful El; he neither lets you loose nor ruins you, nor forgets the covenant of your fathers which he oathed to them.

³ then Yah Veh your Elohim turns your captivity and mercies you and returns and gathers you from all the goyim - wherever Yah Veh your Elohim scattered you: ⁴ and so be it, if you are expelled to the ends of the heavens, from thence Yah Veh your Elohim gathers you; and from thence he takes you: ⁵ and Yah Veh your Elohim brings you to possess the land your fathers possessed: and he well-pleases you and abounds you above your fathers:

¹⁴ And they lift their voice and weep again; and Orpah kisses her mother in law; and Ruth adheres to her; ¹⁵ and says, Behold, your sister in law returns to her people and to her elohim; you return after your sister in law. ¹⁶ And Ruth says, Intercede not that I leave you, or return from following after you; for where you go, I go; and where you stay overnight, I stay overnight; your people are my people and your Elohim, my Elohim; ¹⁷ where you die, I die and there I entomb; Yah Veh work to me and add also, if aught but death separate you and me. ¹⁸ And she sees that she strengthens herself to go with her; and she ceases wording to her.

⁸ Remember, I beseech you, the word you misvahed your servant Mosheh, saying, If you treason I scatter you abroad among the people: ⁹ but if you turn to me and guard my misvoth and work them - though some of you were expelled to the extremity of the heavens yet I gather them from there and bring them to the place I chose to tabernacle my name:

¹⁷ And jurisdiction by jurisdiction and city by city, and whatever place the word and edict of the sovereign touches, the Yah Hudiym cheer and rejoice - a banquet and a good day. And many of the people of the land Yah Hudahize; for the fear of the Yah Hudiym falls upon them.

³ he remembers his mercy and his trustworthiness toward the house of Yisra El; all the finalities of the earth see the salvation of our Elohim.

THE SIGH OF ELOHIM
You, sigh - sigh over my people, says your Elohim. ² Word to the heart of Yeru Shalem and call out to her that her hostility is fulfilled - that her perversity is satisfied: for she takes double of the hand of Yah Veh for all her sins.

⁸ And you, Yisra El - my servant, Yaaqov whom I chose, the seed of Abraham my beloved,

And now hear, O Yaaqov my servant; and Yisra El, whom I chose:

²¹ Remember these, O Yaaqov and Yisra El; for you are my servant: I formed you; you are my servant: O Yisra El, I forget you not. ²² As a thick cloud, I wipe out your rebellions; and, as a thick cloud, your sins: return to me; for I redeem you.

⁷ Thus says Yah Veh, the Redeemer of Yisra El, his Holy One, to the despised in soul to the abhorrent of the goyim to a servant of sovereigns, Sovereigns see and rise; and governors prostrate; because of Yah Veh who is trustworthy - the Holy One of Yisra El, and he chooses you.

¹³ Shout, O heavens! And twirl, O earth! And break forth into shouting, O mountains! For Yah Veh sighs over his people and mercies his humbled.

¹⁶ Behold, I engraved you on the palms of my hands; your walls are continually in front of me. ¹⁷ Your sons hasten; your demolishers and they who parched you go from you. ¹⁸ Lift up your eyes all round, and see: all these gather and come to you. I live - an oracle of Yah Veh surely you, as an ornament, enrobe them all, and bind them as a bride. ¹⁹ For your parched areas and your desolated and the land of your destruction are even now too restricted by reason of the settlers; and they who swallow you are far removed. ²⁰ Again the sons of your bereavements say in your ears, The place is too tribulated for me: approach me, and I settle down. ²¹ Then you say in your heart, Who birthed me these, seeing I aborted and am sterile - an exile, turned aside? And who nourished these? Behold, I alone survive; These - whence are they? ²² Thus says Adonay Yah Veh, Behold, I lift my hand to the goyim and lift my ensign to the people: and they bring your sons in the bosom and bear your daughters on their shoulders: ²³ and sovereigns become your nurturers and their governesses your sucklers: they prostrate to you with their nostrils toward the earth and lick up the dust of your feet; and you know I - Yah Veh: for they who await me shame not.

⁷ For a small blink I forsook you; but with great mercies I gather you: ⁸ in an outburst of rage I hid my face from you for a blink; and in eternal mercy I mercy you, says Yah Veh your Redeemer.

⁶ And sons of the stranger who join themselves to Yah Veh to minister to him and to love the name of Yah Veh - to be his servants, every one who guards from profaning the shabbath and holds my covenant; ⁷ I bring them to my holy mountain, and cheer them in my house of prayer: their holocausts and their sacrifices are a pleasure on my sacrifice altar; for my house is called a house of my prayer for all people ⁸ - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh who gather the overthrown of Yisra El: again I gather to him - to his gathered ones.

³ And the goyim come to your light and sovereigns to the brilliance of your rising. ⁴ Lift your eyes all round, and see: they all gather; they come to you: your sons come from afar and your daughters nurture at your side. ⁵ Then you awe and flow together; and your heart fears and enlarges: because the abundance of the sea turns to you; the valued of the goyim come to you:

²⁰ and they bring all your brothers for an offering to Yah Veh - from all goyim on horses and in chariots and in palanquins and on mules and on prancers to my holy mountain Yeru Shalem, says Yah Veh; as the sons of Yisra El bring an offering in a pure instrument into the house of Yah Veh.

¹⁵ And so be it, after I uproot them, I return and compassion them, return them - every man to his inheritance and every man to his land. ¹⁶ And so be it, if they diligently learn the ways of my people, to oath by my name - Yah Veh lives! As they taught my people to oath by Baal; thus are they built midst my people.

⁶ and I set my eyes on them for good, and I return them to this land: and I build them, and not break; and I plant them, and not uproot: ⁷ and I give them a heart to know me, I - Yah Veh: and they are my people, and I am their Elohim: for they return to me with their whole heart.

¹⁴ and you find me - an oracle of Yah Veh and I return your captivity and I gather you from all the goyim and from all the places I drove you - an oracle of Yah Veh and I return you to the place whence I exiled you;

¹⁸ Thus says Yah Veh: Behold, I restore the captivity of the tents of Yaaqov and mercy his tabernacles; and build the city on her own heap, and settle the citadel according to the judgment. ¹⁹ And spread hands proceed from them and the voice of them who ridicule: and I abound them and they diminish not; I honor them, and they are not belittled: ²⁰ and his sons become as formerly and their witness establish at my face: and I visit on all who oppress them. ²¹ And their mighty become from themselves, and their sovereign proceeds from their midst: and I have him approach; and he approaches to me: for who is this who pleases his heart to approach to me? - an oracle of Yah Veh. ²² And you are my people, and I am your Elohim.

⁸ Behold, I bring them from the north land, and gather them from the flanks of the land; the blind and the lame the woman with child and she who births together among them: a great congregation returns there: ⁹ they come with weeping; and with supplications I lead them: I walk them by the wadies of waters in a straight way wherein they falter not: for I am a father to Yisra El and Ephrayim is my firstbirthed. ¹⁰ Hear the word of Yah Veh, O you goyim! And tell it in the islands afar off, and say, He who winnows Yisra El gathers him and guards him as a tender to his drove. ¹¹ For Yah Veh redeems Yaaqov - redeems him from the hand stronger than his: ¹² and they come and shout in the height of Siyon; and flow together to the goodness of Yah Veh for crop and for juice and for oil and for the sons of the flock and of the herd: and their soul becomes as a saturated garden; and they add not to languish.

³⁷ Behold, I gather them from all lands, where I drove them in my wrath and in my fury and in great rage; and I return them to this place: and have them settle confidently: ³⁸ and they are my people, and I am their Elohim: ³⁹ and I give them one heart and one way, so that they awe me all days, for the good of them and of their sons after them: ⁴⁰ and I cut an eternal covenant with them to not turn away from after them to well-please them; and I give my fear in their hearts that they not turn aside from me. ⁴¹ Yes, I rejoice over them to do them good, and I plant them in this land in truth with my whole heart and with my whole soul.

⁴ In those days, and in that time, - an oracle of Yah Veh the sons of Yisra El come - they and the sons of Yah Hudah together coming and weeping: they come and seek Yah Veh their Elohim: ⁵ they ask the way to Siyon with their faces toward, Come; we join ourselves to Yah Veh in an eternal covenant, not forgotten. ⁶ My people became lost flocks their tenders strayed them, they apostatized them on the mountains: going from mountain to hill they forgot their repose.

¹⁷ Yisra El is a scattered lamb; the lions drive him away: first the sovereign of Ashshur devours him; and last this Nebukadnets Tsar sovereign of Babel craunches his bones. ¹⁸ So thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth Elohim of Yisra El; Behold, I visit on the sovereign of Babel and his land, as I visited on the sovereign of Ashshur: ¹⁹ and I return Yisra El to his habitation of rest, and he tends on Karmel/orchard and Bashan, and his soul satiates on mount Ephrayim and Gilad. ²⁰ In those days, and in that time, - an oracle of Yah Veh they seek the perversity of Yisra El, and there is none; and the sins of Yah Hudah, and they find them not: for I forgive them whom I leave remaining.

³³ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth; The sons of Yisra El and the sons of Yah Hudah are oppressed: and all who capture them hold them; they refuse to send them away.

⁴ Thus the pierced fall in the land of the Kesediym and the thrust through in her outways. ⁵ For neither is Yisra El abandoned nor Yah Hudah by his Elohim Yah Veh Sabaoth; though their land is filled with guilt against the Holy One of Yisra El. ⁶ Flee from midst Babel, and rescue every man his soul: be not severed in her perversity; for this is the time of the avengement of Yah Veh; in dealing shalom, he deals shalom to her.

³⁴ Nebukadnets Tsar the sovereign of Babel devours us; crushes us: he sets me an empty instrument; he swallows me up as a monster; he fills his belly with my pleasures; he thrusts me away. ³⁵ My violence, and that of my flesh is on Babel, say the settlers of Siyon; and my blood on the settlers of Kesediym, says Yeru Shalem. ³⁶ So thus says Yah Veh: Behold, I plead your plea, and avenge your avengement: and I parch her sea and dry her fountains: ³⁷ and Babel becomes heaps - a habitation for monsters - a desolation and a hissing without a settler:

²⁴ For I take you from among the goyim and gather you from all lands and bring you into your own soil: ²⁵ and I sprinkle pure water on you and purify you: from all your foulness and from all your idols I purify you: ²⁶ and I give you a new heart and a new spirit I give within you: and I turn aside the stony heart from your flesh and I give you an heart of flesh: ²⁷ and I give my spirit within you so that you work to walk in my statutes and guard my judgments and work them ²⁸ and I settle you in the land I gave your fathers: and you become my people and I become your Elohim:

So, thus says Adonay Yah Veh; Now I restore the captivity of Yaaqov and mercy the whole house of Yisra El and am jealous for my holy name; ²⁶ after they bear their shame for all the treasons they treason against me; when they settle confidently in their soil and no one trembles them. ²⁷ When I restore them from the people and gather them from the lands of their enemies and am hallowed in them in the eyes of many goyim ²⁸ - and they know I - Yah Veh their Elohim, who exiled them among the goyim: and I gather them to their own soil, so that none of them remain there any more: ²⁹ and I hide not my face from them any more: for I pour my spirit on the house of Yisra El - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh.

¹⁷ call out, saying, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: My cities scatter through good; and Yah Veh still sighs over Siyon, and still chooses Yeru Shalem.

¹¹ And many goyim join Yah Veh in that day, and become my people: and I dwell midst you; and you know that Yah Veh Sabaoth sent me to you: ¹² And Yah Veh inherits Yah Hudah, his allotment on the holy soil, and again chooses Yeru Shalem.

²² Yes, many people and mighty goyim come to seek Yah Veh Sabaoth in Yeru Shalem and to stroke the face of Yah Veh. ²³ Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: In those days, so be it, ten men from all tongues of the goyim, take hold - even take hold of the wing of a man - a Yah Hudiy, saying, We go with you: for we hear that Elohim is with you.

¹¹ For from the rising of the sun even to the entry of the same my name is great among the goyim; and in every place incense is brought to my name, and a pure offering: for my name is great among the goyim, says Yah Veh Sabaoth.

THE NEW HOLY NAVE
So now you are no more strangers and settlers - but co-citizens with the holy and of the household of Elohim;
