⁶ And Elohim says, Expanse, be midst the waters - to separate the waters from the waters!

¹⁴ And Elohim says, Lights, be in the expanse of the heavens! - to separate between the day and between the night; and for signs and for seasons and for days and years:

²⁰ And Elohim says, Waters, teem with teemers having a living soul! And flyers, fly above the earth on the face of the expanse of the heavens!

¹¹ In the year - the six hundredth year of the life of Noach, in the second month, the seventeenth day of the month, this day all the fountains of the great abyss split and the windows of the heavens open. ¹² And the downpour becomes on the earth forty days and forty nights.

⁷ He spreads the north over the void and hangs the earth on naught whatever; ⁸ he tribulates the waters in his thick clouds and the cloud splits not under them;

¹³ by his spirit he glorifies the heavens; his hand writhes the fugitive serpent.

¹¹ by showering, he overloads the thick cloud; he scatters his lightning cloud:

¹⁸ Expand you the vapours with him - strong as a poured reflector?

²² Enter you into the treasures of the snow? See you the treasures of the hail ²³ that I spare against the time of tribulation? - against the day of battle and war? ²⁴ Where is this - where light is allotted? - which scatters the easterly on the earth? ²⁵ Who divided a channel for the overflowing of waters? - a way for the lightning of voices? ²⁶ - to rain on the earth, where no man is? - on the wilderness, wherein no humanity is?

¹ To His Eminence; A Psalm by David. The heavens scribe the honor of El; and the expanse tells his handiwork.

⁶ By the word of Yah Veh were the heavens worked; and all their host by the spirit/wind of his mouth:

⁹ For he says, and so be it; he misvahs, and it stands.

² who covers himself with light as a cloth; who spreads the heavens as a curtain;

⁵ to him who by discernment worked the heavens; for his mercy eternal: ⁶ to him who expanded the earth above the waters; for his mercy eternal:

⁴ halal him, you heavens of the heavens and you waters above the heavens:

¹ Halalu Yah! Halal El in his holies; halal him in the expanse of his strength;

³ If the thick clouds are full of downpour, they pour on the earth; and if the tree falls toward the south or toward the north, in the place the tree falls, so be it.

¹⁰ And Yah Veh is the Elohim of truth; he is the living Elohim and eternal sovereign: the earth quakes at his rage and the goyim contain not his rage.

¹² He worked the earth by his force; he established the world by his wisdom; and spread the heavens by his discernment. ¹³ He gives his voice; there is a multitude of waters in the heavens: and he ascends the vapours from the ends of the earth: he works lightnings with rain and brings forth the wind from his treasures.
