⁵ And Yah Veh descends to see the city and the tower the sons of humanity build:

²¹ I now descend and see whether they have fully worked according to the cry thereof, which comes to me: and if not, I know.

⁸ and I descend to deliver them from the hand of the Misrayim - ascend them from that land to a good and broad land to a land flowing with milk and honey; to the place of the Kenaaniy and the Hethiy and the Emoriy and the Perizziy and the Hivviy and the Yebusiy;

¹¹ and prepare the third day: for the third day Yah Veh descends in the eyes of all the people on mount Sinay.

¹⁸ and mount Sinay totally fumes: for the face of Yah Veh descends on it in fire: and the smoke thereof ascends as the smoke of a furnace and the whole mount trembles mightily.

²⁰ and Yah Veh descends on mount Sinay - on the top of the mount: and Yah Veh calls Mosheh to the top of the mount; and Mosheh ascends.

⁴ Yah Veh is in his holy manse, the throne of Yah Veh is in the heavens; his eyes see; his eyelids proof the sons of humanity.

¹³ Yah Veh sees from the heavens; he beholds all the sons of humanity: ¹⁴ from the establishment of his settlement he peers on all who settle on the earth:

²³ I am an Elohim nearby - an oracle of Yah Veh; and not an Elohim afar off! ²⁴ Hides man himself in coverts that I not see him? - an oracle of Yah Veh. Fill I not the heavens and earth? - an oracle of Yah Veh.

¹³ And no one ascends to the heavens, except whoever descends from the heavens - even the Son of humanity who is in the heavens.
