YAH VEH MERCIES YISRA EL
So, thus says Adonay Yah Veh; Now I restore the captivity of Yaaqov and mercy the whole house of Yisra El and am jealous for my holy name;

¹² And so be it, in that day, Yah Veh beats off from the stream of the river to the wadi of Misrayim; and gathers you, one by one, O you sons of Yisra El. ¹³ And so be it, in that day, the great shophar blasts; and they come to them who destruct in the land of Ashshur, and the expelled in the land of Misrayim; and they prostrate to Yah Veh in the holy mount at Yeru Shalem.

⁸ - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh who gather the overthrown of Yisra El: again I gather to him - to his gathered ones.

¹⁸ In those days the house of Yah Hudah walks with the house of Yisra El; and they come together from the land of the north to the land your fathers inherited.

³ and I gather the survivors of my flock from all lands I drove them; and return them to their habitations of rest; and they bear fruit and abound:

³ For, behold, days come, - an oracle of Yah Veh that I restore the captivity of my people Yisra El and Yah Hudah, says Yah Veh: and I restore them to the land I gave to their fathers; and they possess it.

¹⁰ And you, neither awe, O my servant Yaaqov - an oracle of Yah Veh; nor dismay, O Yisra El: for behold, I am your saviour from afar and your seed from the land of their captivity; and Yaaqov returns and rests and relaxes and no one trembles him.

¹⁸ Thus says Yah Veh: Behold, I restore the captivity of the tents of Yaaqov and mercy his tabernacles; and build the city on her own heap, and settle the citadel according to the judgment.

THE ETERNAL LOVE OF YAH VEH
At the same time, - an oracle of Yah Veh I become Elohim of all the families of Yisra El, and they become my people.

³ Yah Veh is seen by me in the distance, Yes, I love you with an eternal love: so with lovingkindness I draw you:

³⁷ Behold, I gather them from all lands, where I drove them in my wrath and in my fury and in great rage; and I return them to this place: and have them settle confidently:

⁷ and I restore the captivity of Yah Hudah and the captivity of Yisra El; and build them as at the first:

⁴⁰ for in my holy mountain - in the mountain of the height of Yisra El - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh there all the house of Yisra El - all of them in the land, serve me: there I am pleased with them, and there I require your exaltments, and the firstlings of your loads/burdens, with all your holies.

¹³ and I bring them from the people and gather them from the lands; and bring them to their own soil and tend them on the mountains of Yisra El - by the reservoirs and in all the sites of the land:

⁴ so, O mountains of Yisra El, hear the word of Adonay Yah Veh; Thus says Adonay Yah Veh to the mountains and to the hills; to the reservoirs and to the valleys; to the desolated parches and to the forsaken cities - to become a plunder and derision to the survivors of the goyim all around; ⁵ So thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Surely in the fire of my jealousy I word against the survivors of the goyim and against all Edom, who give my land as their own possession with cheerfulness of all their heart, with despite of soul - a suburb to plunder. ⁶ So, prophesy concerning the soil of Yisra El; and say to the mountains and to the hills; to the reservoirs and to the valleys, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Behold, I word in my jealousy and in my fury because you bear the shame of the goyim.

²¹ And I compassion my holy name which the house of Yisra El profanes among the goyim wherever they go. ²² So say to the house of Yisra El, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: I work this, not for your sakes, O house of Yisra El, but for sake of my holy name - which you profane among the goyim, wherever you go: ²³ and I hallow my great name profaned among the goyim - which you profane among them; and the goyim know I - Yah Veh - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh when I am hallowed in you in front of their eyes. ²⁴ For I take you from among the goyim and gather you from all lands and bring you into your own soil:

²¹ And word to them, Thus says Adonay Yah Veh: Behold, I take the sons of Yisra El from between the goyim where they went, and gather them all around and bring them into their own soil: ²² and I work them one goyim in the land on the mountains of Yisra El; and one sovereign becomes sovereign to them all: and they neither becme two goyim any more, nor halved into two sovereigndoms any more:

¹¹ and the sons of Yah Hudah and the sons of Yisra El gather together, and set themselves one head, and they ascend from the land: for great is the day of Yizre El.

¹⁸ And Yah Veh is jealous for his land and compassions his people:

¹⁴ and I restore the captivity of my people of Yisra El: and they build the desolated cities and settle them; and they plant vineyards and drink the wine; and work gardens and eat their fruit:

¹⁴ And the angel wording with me says to me, Call out, saying, Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: I am jealous/zealous for Yeru Shalem and for Siyon with a great jealousy/zeal:

² Thus says Yah Veh Sabaoth: I am jealous/zealous for Siyon with great jealousy/zeal and I am jealous/zealous for her with great fury.

²⁶ And thus all Yisra El is saved! Exactly as scribed, The Rescuer comes from Siyon and turns irreverence from Yaaqov: ²⁷ for this is my covenant to them when I remove their sins. ^{Psalm 14:7, Isaiah 59:20 28} Indeed, as concerning the evangelism, enemies for your sakes: but as touching the selection, beloved for the sakes of the fathers. ²⁹ For the charismata and calling of Elohim are irrevocable. ³⁰ For exactly as you formerly distrusted Elohim, yet are mercied through their distrust: ³¹ even thus these also now distrust - that through your mercy, they also are mercied.
