¹⁵ Then the chiliarchs of Edom terrify; the mighty of Moab, trembling, take hold on them; all who settle Kenaan melt away.

¹⁵ These are chiliarchs of the sons of Esav: the sons of Eli Phaz the firstbirth son of Esav: chiliarch Teman, chiliarch Omar, chiliarch Sepho, chiliarch Qenaz, :

⁴⁰ And these are the names of the chiliarchs of Esav, according to their families, according to their places, by their names; chiliarch Timna, chiliarch Alvah, chiliarch Yetheth,

¹⁴ And Mosheh sends angels from Qadesh to the sovereign of Edom, Thus says your brother Yisra El, You know all the travail that found us: ¹⁵ how our fathers descend into Misrayim and settle in Misrayim many days; and the Misrayim vilify us and our fathers: ¹⁶ and when we cry to Yah Veh, he hears our voice and sends an angel and brings us from Misrayim: and behold, we are in Qadesh, a city in the end of your border: ¹⁷ Let us pass, I beseech you, through your land: we neither pass through the fields or through the vineyards, nor drink of the water of the wells: we go by the way of the sovereign; we deviate neither to the right nor to the left until we pass your borders. ¹⁸ And Edom says to him, You pass not by me, lest I confront you with the sword. ¹⁹ And the sons of Yisra El say to him, We ascend by the high way: and if I and my chattel drink of your water, then I give their price: I only, without a word, pass through on my feet. ²⁰ And he says, You pass not through. - and Edom confronts him heavy with people and with a strong hand. ²¹ Thus Edom refuses Yisra El to pass through his border: and Yisra El deviates from him.

³ And Moab is mighty afraid at the face of the people, because they are many: and Moab abhors the face of the sons of Yisra El. ⁴ And Moab says to the elders of Midyan, Now this congregation licks up all who are all around us as the ox licks the green of the field. And Balaq the son of Sippor is sovereign of Moab at that time. ⁵ He sends angels to Bilam the son of Beor to Pethor, by the river of the land of the sons of his people, to call him, saying, Behold, a people comes from Misrayim: and behold, they cover the eye of the earth and they settle in front of me:

⁴ and misvah the people, saying, You are passing through the border of your brothers the sons of Esav, who settle in Seir; and they awe you: guard mightily:

⁸ And the officers word again to the people, and say, What man awes, and is tender of heart? Have him go and return to his house, lest the heart of his brothers melt as well as his heart.

⁹ and says to the men, I know Yah Veh gives you the land and that your terror befalls us; and that all the settlers of the land melt at your face:

¹¹ we hear and our hearts melt, and no more spirit/wind rises in any man at your face: for Yah Veh your Elohim is Elohim in the heavens above and on the earth below.

²⁴ and they say to Yah Shua, Surely Yah Veh gives all the land into our hands; for even all the settlers of the land melt at our face.

¹ And so be it, when all the sovereigns of the Emoriy on the seaward side of Yarden, and all the sovereigns of the Kenaaniy by the sea, hear that Yah Veh withered the waters of Yarden from the face of the sons of Yisra El until we pass over, their heart melts: there is no spirit/wind in them any more, at the face of the sons of Yisra El.

⁸ and my brothers who ascended with me melted the heart of the people; but I fully followed after Yah Veh my Elohim.

¹⁶ and the watchers of Shaul in Gibah of Ben Yamin see; and behold, the multitude melts away and they go on - descending and hammering.

¹⁰ and he who also is the son of valour whose heart is as the heart of a lion, in melting, he melts: for all Yisra El knows that your father is mighty and they with him are sons of valour.

And the chiliarchs of Edom: chiliarch Timna, chiliarch Alvah, chiliarch Yetheth, ⁵² chiliarch Oholi Bamah, chiliarch Elah, chiliarch Pinon, ⁵³ chiliarch Qenaz, chiliarch Teman, chiliarch Mibsar, ⁵⁴ chiliarch Magdi El, chiliarch Iram; these, chiliarchs of Edom.

² As smoke disperses, driven away; as wax melts at the face of the fire; the wicked destruct at the face of Elohim:

⁷ So all hands slacken and every heart of man melts;

THE BURDEN OF MISRAYIM
The burden of Misrayim: Behold, Yah Veh rides upon a swift thick cloud and comes to Misrayim: and the idols of Misrayim totter at his face, and the heart of Misrayim melts in its midst:

⁷ And so be it, when they say to you, Why sigh you? that you say, Because of the report; for it comes: and every heart melts and all hands slacken and every spirit dims and all knees as water: behold, it comes, and so be it - an oracle of Adonay Yah Veh.

¹⁰ she is empty and void and wasted: and the heart melts and the knees knock and much pain in all loins; and all their faces gather flushness.

⁷ I see the tents of Kushan in mischief: the curtains of the land of Midyan quiver.
