RESUME' OF THE ALLOTMENT OF LAND
And this land, which we possessed at that time, from Aroer by the wadi Arnon and half mount Gilad and the cities thereof, I gave to the Reu Beniy and to the Gadiy:

³² we - we pass over equipped at the face of Yah Veh to the land of Kenaan, and the possession of our inheritance on this side Yarden becomes ours. ³³ And Mosheh gives them - the sons of Gad and the sons of Reu Ben and half the scion of Menash Sheh the son of Yoseph, the sovereigndom of Siho sovereign of the Emoriy and the sovereigndom of Og sovereign of Bashan - the land, with the cities thereof in the borders, - the cities of the land all around. ³⁴ And the sons of Gad build Dibon and Ataroth and Aroer ³⁵ and Atroth, Shophan and Yazer and Jogbehah ³⁶ and Beth Nimrah and Beth Ha Ran - fortified cities: and walls for flocks. ³⁷ And the sons of Reu Ben build Heshbon and El Aleh and Qiryathaim ³⁸ and Nebo and Baal Meon - their names being turned around and Sibmah: and calls names to the cities they build by name.

³⁶ From Aroer, by the edge of the wadi of Arnon and from the city by the wadi - even to Gilad, not one city was too lofty for us: Yah Veh our Elohim gave all at our face.

⁴⁸ from Aroer, by the edge of the wadi Arnon, even to mount Sion - Hermon,

² Sichon sovereign of the Emoriy settles in Heshbon: reigning from Aroer on the lip of the wadi Arnon and from the middle of the wadi and from half Gilad to the wadi Yabboq - the border of the sons of Ammon; ³ and from the plain to the sea of Kinneroth from the rising and to the sea of the plain - the salt sea from the rising, the way to Beth Ha Yeshimoth; and southward under Ashdoth Pisgah: ⁴ and the border of Og, sovereign of Bashan, of the remnant of the Rephaim, settling at Ashtaroth and at Edrei; ⁵ and reigning in mount Hermon and in Salchah and in all Bashan; to the border of the Geshuriy and the Maachahiy and half Gilad - the border of Sichon sovereign of Heshbon. ⁶ Them Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh and the sons of Yisra El smite: and Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh gives it for a possession to the Reu Beniy and the Gadiy and the half scion of Menash Sheh.

⁸ - with whom the Reu Beniy and the Gadiy take their inheritance - which Mosheh gave them beyond Yarden from the rising; as Mosheh the servant of Yah Veh gave them; ⁹ from Aroer on the lip of the wadi Arnon and the city midst the wadi and all the plain of Medeba to Dibon; ¹⁰ and all the cities of Sichon sovereign of the Emoriy who reigns in Heshbon to the border of the sons of Ammon; ¹¹ and Gilad and the border of the Geshuriy and Maachahiy and all mount Hermon and all Bashan to Salchah; ¹² all the sovereigndom of Og in Bashan who reigns in Ashtaroth and in Edrei - who survives of the remnant of the Rephaim: for these Mosheh smote and dispossessed. ¹³ The sons of Yisra El expelled neither the Geshuriy nor the Maachahiy: but the Geshuriy and Maakaiy settle among the Yisra Eliy until this day. ¹⁴ Only, to the scion of Levi he gives no inheritance; the firings of Yah Veh Elohim of Yisra El are their inheritance, as he worded. ¹⁵ And Mosheh gives to the rod of the sons of Reu Ben for their families: ¹⁶ and their border is from Aroer on the lip of the wadi Arnon and the city midst the wadi and all the plain by Medeba; ¹⁷ Heshbon and all her cities in the plain; Dibon and Bahmah Baal and Beth Baal Meon ¹⁸ and Yahsah and Qedemoth and Mephaat ¹⁹ and Kirjathaim and Sibmah and Sereth Hash Shachar in the mount of the valley; ²⁰ and Beth Peor and Ashdoth Pisgah and Beth Ha Yeshimoth; ²¹ and all the cities of the plain and all the sovereigndom of Sichon: sovereign of the Emoriy who reigned in Heshbon whom Mosheh smote with the hierarchs of Midyan; Evi and Reqem and Sur and Hur and Reba - libates of Sichon settling in the land: ²² the sons of Yisra El also slaughtered Bilam the son of Beor the diviner with the sword among them whom they pierced. ²³ And the border of the sons of Reu Ben is Yarden and the border thereof. This is the inheritance of the sons of Reu Ben after their families, the cities and the courts thereof. ²⁴ And Mosheh gives to the rod of Gad to the sons of Gad for their families; ²⁵ and their border: Yazer and all the cities of Gilad and half the land of the sons of Ammon to Aroer at the face of Rabbah; ²⁶ and from Heshbon to Ramah Ham Mispeh and Betonim; and from Machanayim to the border of Debir; ²⁷ and in the valley: Beth Ha Ram and Beth Nimrah and Sukkoth/Brush Arbors and Saphon, the rest of the sovereigndom of Sichon sovereign of Heshbon, Yarden and his border, to the edge of the sea of Kinneroth beyond Yarden from the rising. ²⁸ - this is the inheritance of the sons of Gad after their families, the cities and their courts.

³³ - from Yarden toward the rising of the sun; all the land of Gilad; the Gadiy and the Reu Beniy and the Menash Shiy; from Aroer by the wadi Arnon; even Gilad and Bashan.
