³¹ Pass over Yarden; go possess the land Yah Veh your Elohim gives you - possess it and settle therein:

³⁷ Behold, I gather them from all lands, where I drove them in my wrath and in my fury and in great rage; and I return them to this place: and have them settle confidently:

²⁶ and they settle confidently and build houses and plant vineyards: yes, they settle confidently, when I work judgments on all who despise them all around them; and they know I - Yah Veh their Elohim.

YAH VEH CUTS A COVENANT OF SHALOM
And I cut a covenant of shalom with them and shabbathize the evil live beings from the land: and they settle confidently in the wilderness and sleep in the forests:

²⁸ And they are a plunder to the goyim no more, and the live being of the land devours them not; and they settle confidently and no one terrifies them.

⁸ After many days you are visited: in the latter years you enter the land restored from the sword - gathered from many people, on the mountains of Yisra El, being continually parched: and it is brought forth from the goyim, and they settle confidently - all of them.
