And the sovereigness of Sheba hears of the fame of Shelomoh concerning the name of Yah Veh, and she comes to test him with riddles: ² and she comes to Yeru Shalem with mighty heavy valuables - with camels bearing spices and mighty much gold and precious stones: and she comes to Shelomoh, and she words with him of all within in her heart. ³ And Shelomoh tells her all her words: the sovereign conceals no word which he tells her not.

DANI EL INTERPRETS THE DREAM OF THE TREE
Then Dani El, whose name is Belte Shats Tsar, is astonished for one blink and his intentions terrify him. The sovereign answers and says, Belte Shats Tsar, terrify not at the dream or the interpretation. Belte Shats Tsar answers and says, My master, the dream is to them who hate you; and the interpretation to your enemies.

¹⁴ I hear of you, that the spirit of elahim is in you, and that light and comprehension and excellent wisdom is found in you:

¹⁶ and I - I hear of you, that you can interpret interpretations and unravel riddles: now behold, if you can call out the inscribing and make known the interpretation to me I enrobe you with purple with a necklace of gold around your neck; and to dominate - third in the sovereigndom.

³ Then this Dani El becomes preeminent over the eunuchs and satraps because of the excellent spirit in him; and the sovereign thinks to raise him over the whole sovereigndom.
