²⁰ But as for you, you fabricated evil against me; but Elohim fabricated it to good, in order to work, as this day, to preserve many people alive.

⁵ neither prostrate yourself to them, nor serve them: for I Yah Veh your Elohim am a jealous El, visiting the perversity of the fathers on the sons to the third and fourth of them who hate me;

³³ and I scatter you among the goyim and draw a sword after you: and desolate your land and parch your cities. ³⁴ Then the land is pleased in her shabbaths as long as it desolates; with you in the land of your enemies; then the land shabbathizes and is pleased in her shabbaths: ³⁵ as long as it desolates, it shabbathizes; because it shabbathizes not in your shabbaths when you settle there.

²⁶ I call the heavens and earth to witness against you this day, that in destructing, you suddenly destruct from off the land whereunto you pass over Yarden to possess; that you prolong not your days thereon, but in desolating, become desolated: ²⁷ and Yah Veh scatter you among the nations and you be few men in number of the people who survive, where Yah Veh drives you.

⁶³ And so be it, as Yah Veh rejoiced over you to well-please you and to abound you; thus Yah Veh rejoices over you to destroy you and to desolate you; and uproot you from the soil you go to possess:

²⁸ and Yah Veh uproots them from their soil in wrath - in wrath and in great rage and casts them to another land, as this day.

¹⁵ So be it, as all good words come on you, which Yah Veh your Elohim words you; thus Yah Veh brings on you all evil words, until he desolates you from off this good soil which Yah Veh your Elohim gives you;

²⁵ Now, ascend I without Yah Veh, against this place to ruin it? Yah Veh says to me, Ascend against this land and ruin it.

²⁶ Only, Yah Veh turns not from his fuming great wrath, whereby he kindles his wrath against Yah Hudah, because of all the vexations Menash Sheh vexed him. ²⁷ And Yah Veh says, I also turn aside Yah Hudah from my face, as I turned aside Yisra El, and spurn this city Yeru Shalem which I chose, and the house of which I said, My name is there.

²⁴ For the valiant of Aram come with little men; and Yah Veh gives a mighty great valiant into their hand, because they forsook Yah Veh Elohim of their fathers: thus they work judgments against Yah Ash.

¹⁶ And so be it, as he words with him, he says to him, Who gives you to be counsellor to the sovereign? Cease! Why be smitten? Then the prophet ceases and says, I know Elohim counsels to ruin, because you work this and hearken not to my counsel.

⁵ Ho, Ashshuri, the scion of my wrath; and the rod in their hand, my rage: ⁶ I send him against a goyim of profaners and against the people of my wrath; I misvah him to take the spoil and to plunder the plunder; and to set them for trampling as the heap of the outways:

⁷ I form the light and create darkness: I work shalom and create evil: I Yah Veh work all these.

¹⁰ telling the end from the beginning, and what formerly was not worked from antiquity, saying, My counsel rises and I work all my delight: ¹¹ calling a swooper from the rising and the man who executes my counsel from a land afar: yes, I word; yes, I bring it; I formed; yes, I also work it.

JUDGMENT
And Yah Veh says to me, Though Mosheh and Shemu El stand at my face, yet my soul is not toward this people: send them from my face, and go. ² And so be it, if they say to you, Where go we? you say to them, Thus says Yah Veh: Such as are for death, to death; and such as are for the sword, to the sword; and such as are for the famine, to the famine; and such as are for the captivity, to the captivity: ³ and upon them I visit four families - an oracle of Yah Veh the sword to slaughter and the dogs to drag and the flyers of the heavens and the animals of the earth to devour and ruin: ⁴ and I give them for an agitation into all sovereigndoms of the earth, because of Menash Sheh the son of Yechizqi Yah sovereign of Yah Hudah, for what he worked in Yeru Shalem.

⁶ Blasts a shophar in the city and the people tremble not? Becomes there evil in a city and Yah Veh worked it not?

¹⁰ Rise and depart; for this not rest: because of foulness, it despoils you - a forceful despoiling.
