²⁷ When he prepared the heavens, I was present: when with a certain law, and compass, he enclosed the depths:

¹⁰ He hath set bounds about the waters, till light and darkness come to an end.

⁶ By the word of the Lord the heavens were established; and all the power of them by the spirit of his mouth:

¹⁹ The lord hath prepared his throne in heaven: and his kingdom shall rule over all.

⁵ Who made the heavens in understanding: for his mercy endureth for ever.
