¹⁵ Lie not in wait, nor seek after wickedness in the house of the just, nor spoil his rest.

And if he should even go down into the earth to hide himself, I will search him out in all the thousands of Juda.

⁸ He sitteth in ambush with the rich, in private places, that he may kill the innocent. ⁹ His eyes are upon the poor man: he lieth in wait, in secret, like a lion in his den. He lieth in ambush, that he may catch the poor man: so catch the poor, whilst he draweth him to him. ¹⁰ In his net he will bring him down, he will crouch and fall, when he shall have power over the poor.

³² The wicked watcheth the just man, and seeketh to put him to death,

²⁴ But their lying in wait was made known to Saul. And they watched the gates also day and night, that they might kill him.
