⁵ And whosoever will not receive you, when ye go out of that city, shake off even the dust of your feet, for a testimony against them.

¹³ Moreover I shook my lap, and said: So may God shake every man that shall not accomplish this word, out of his house, and out of his labours, thus may he be shaken out, and become empty. And all the multitude said: Amen. And they praised God. And the people did according to what was said.

¹⁴ And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear your words: going forth out of that house or city shake off the dust from your feet. ¹⁵ Amen I say to you, it shall be more tolerable for the land of Sodom and Gomorrha in the day of judgment, than for that city.

¹⁸ And you shall be brought before governors, and before kings for my sake, for a testimony to them and to the Gentiles:

¹¹ And whosoever shall not receive you, nor hear you; going forth from thence, shake off the dust from your feet for a testimony to them.

And they went into another town.

¹⁰ But into whatsoever city you enter, and they receive you not, going forth into the streets thereof, say: ¹¹ Even the very dust of your city that cleaveth to us, we wipe off against you. Yet know this, that the kingdom of God is at hand. ¹² I say to you, it shall be more tolerable at that day for Sodom than for that city.

¹⁶ He that heareth you heareth me: and he that despiseth you despiseth me: and he that despiseth me despiseth him that sent me.

⁵¹ But they, shaking off the dust of their feet against them, came to Iconium.

⁶ But they gainsaying and blaspheming, he shook his garments and said to them: Your blood be upon your own heads: I am clean. From henceforth I will go unto the Gentiles.
