⁸ For in sight and hearing he was just, dwelling among them who from day to day vexed the just soul with unjust works.

¹³⁶ My eyes have sent forth springs of water: because they have not kept thy law.

¹³⁹ My zeal hath made me pine away: because my enemies forgot thy words.

¹⁵⁸ I beheld the transgressors, and pined away; because they kept not thy word.

⁹ Knowing this: That the law is not made for the just man but for the unjust and disobedient, for the ungodly and for sinners, for the wicked and defiled, for murderers of fathers and murderers of mothers, for manslayers,

¹⁶ Confess therefore your sins one to another: and pray one for another, that you may be saved. For the continual prayer of a just man availeth much.
