¹ Be ye followers of me, as I also am of Christ.

² Let every one of you Please his neighbour unto good, to edification. ³ For Christ did not please himself: but, as it is written: The reproaches of them that reproached thee fell upon me.

¹⁶ Wherefore, I beseech you, be ye followers of me as I also am of Christ.

³³ As I also in all things please all men, not seeking that which is profitable to myself but to many: that they may be saved.

¹ Be ye therefore followers of God, as most dear children: ² And walk in love, as Christ also hath loved us and hath delivered himself for us, an oblation and a sacrifice to God for an odour of sweetness.

⁴ Each one not considering the things that are his own, but those that are other men's. ⁵ For let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus:

¹⁷ Be ye followers of me, brethren: and observe them who walk so as you have our model.

⁶ And you became followers of us and of the Lord: receiving the word in much tribulation, with joy of the Holy Ghost:

⁹ Not as if we had not power: but that we might give ourselves a pattern unto you, to imitate us.

¹² That you become not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience shall inherit the promises.
