²⁴ He that saith unto the wicked, Thou art righteous, peoples shall curse him, nations shall abhor him;

⁶ Thou shalt not pervert the judgment of thy poor in his cause. ⁷ Thou shalt keep far from the cause of falsehood; and the innocent and righteous slay not; for I will not justify the wicked.

²⁶ He that withholdeth corn, the people curse him; but blessing shall be upon the head of him that selleth it.

¹⁵ He that justifieth the wicked, and he that condemneth the righteous, even they both are abomination to Jehovah.

²⁷ He that giveth unto the poor shall not lack; but he that withdraweth his eyes shall have many a curse.

¹⁰ Speak not too much about a servant to his master, lest he curse thee, and thou be held guilty.

²⁰ Woe unto them who call evil good, and good evil; who put darkness for light, and light for darkness; who put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter!

²⁴ And they shall go forth, and look upon the carcases of the men that have transgressed against me: for their worm shall not die, neither shall their fire be quenched; and they shall be an abhorrence unto all flesh.
