⁷ every one that is called by my name, and whom I have created for my glory: I have formed him, yea, I have made him.

²³ Whoso offereth praise glorifieth me; and to him that ordereth [his] way will I shew the salvation of God.

⁶ Come, let us worship and bow down; let us kneel before Jehovah our Maker. ⁷ For he is our God; and we are the people of his pasture and the sheep of his hand. To-day if ye hear his voice,

³ Know that Jehovah is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; [we are] his people, and the sheep of his pasture.

²³ for when he seeth his children, the work of my hands, in the midst of him, they shall hallow my name, and hallow the Holy One of Jacob, and shall fear the God of Israel.

¹ But now thus saith Jehovah, that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel: Fear not, for I have redeemed thee, I have called [thee] by thy name; thou art mine.

²¹ This people have I formed for myself: they shall shew forth my praise.

¹¹ For mine own sake, for mine own sake, will I do [it]; for how should [my name] be profaned? and I will not give my glory unto another.

⁵ even unto them will I give in my house and within my walls a place and a name better than of sons and daughters; I will give them an everlasting name, that shall not be cut off.

² And the nations shall see thy righteousness, and all kings thy glory; and thou shalt be called by a new name, which the mouth of Jehovah will name. ³ And thou shalt be a crown of beauty in the hand of Jehovah, and a royal diadem in the hand of thy God. ⁴ Thou shalt no more be termed, Forsaken; neither shall thy land any more be termed, Desolate: but thou shalt be called, My delight is in her, and thy land, Married; for Jehovah delighteth in thee, and thy land shall be married. ⁵ For [as] a young man marrieth a virgin, shall thy sons marry thee; and with the joy of the bridegroom over the bride, shall thy God rejoice over thee.

¹⁹ We have become [like those] over whom thou never barest rule, those not called by thy name.

¹⁶ In those days shall Judah be saved, and Jerusalem shall dwell in safety. And this is the name wherewith she shall be called: Jehovah our Righteousness.

³ Jesus answered and said to him, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except any one be born anew he cannot see the kingdom of God. ⁴ Nicodemus says to him, How can a man be born being old? can he enter a second time into the womb of his mother and be born? ⁵ Jesus answered, Verily, verily, I say unto thee, Except any one be born of water and of Spirit, he cannot enter into the kingdom of God. ⁶ That which is born of the flesh is flesh; and that which is born of the Spirit is spirit. ⁷ Do not wonder that I said to thee, It is needful that *ye* should be born anew.

⁸ In this is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit, and ye shall become disciples of mine.

²⁶ And having found [him], he brought him to Antioch. And so it was with them that for a whole year they were gathered together in the assembly and taught a large crowd: and the disciples were first called Christians in Antioch.

²³ and that he might make known the riches of his glory upon vessels of mercy, which he had before prepared for glory,

¹⁷ So if any one [be] in Christ, [there is] a new creation; the old things have passed away; behold all things have become new:

¹⁵ For [in Christ Jesus] neither is circumcision anything, nor uncircumcision; but new creation.

⁶ to [the] praise of [the] glory of his grace, wherein he has taken us into favour in the Beloved:

¹² that we should be to [the] praise of his glory who have pre-trusted in the Christ:

⁴ but God, being rich in mercy, because of his great love wherewith he loved us, ⁵ (we too being dead in offences,) has quickened us with the Christ, (ye are saved by grace,) ⁶ and has raised [us] up together, and has made [us] sit down together in the heavenlies in Christ Jesus, ⁷ that he might display in the coming ages the surpassing riches of his grace in kindness towards us in Christ Jesus.

¹⁰ For we are his workmanship, having been created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God has before prepared that we should walk in them.

⁵ not on the principle of works which [have been done] in righteousness which *we* had done, but according to his own mercy he saved us through [the] washing of regeneration and renewal of [the] Holy Spirit, ⁶ which he poured out on us richly through Jesus Christ our Saviour; ⁷ that, having been justified by *his* grace, we should become heirs according to [the] hope of eternal life.

⁷ And [do not] *they* blaspheme the excellent name which has been called upon you?

⁹ But *ye* [are] a chosen race, a kingly priesthood, a holy nation, a people for a possession, that ye might set forth the excellencies of him who has called you out of darkness to his wonderful light;

¹¹ If any one speak -- as oracles of God; if any one minister -- as of strength which God supplies; that God in all things may be glorified through Jesus Christ, to whom is the glory and the might for the ages of ages. Amen.

¹⁴ If ye are reproached in [the] name of Christ, blessed [are ye]; for the [Spirit] of glory and the Spirit of God rests upon you: [on their part he is blasphemed, but on your part he is glorified.]

¹² He that overcomes, him will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more at all out; and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, the new Jerusalem, which comes down out of heaven, from my God, and my new name.
