⁸ And ye mountains of Israel shall shoot forth your branches, and yield your fruit to my people Israel: for they are at hand to come.

⁶ The earth will yield her increase; God, our God, will bless us:

¹² Jehovah also will give what is good, and our land shall yield its increase.

² In that day there shall be a sprout of Jehovah for beauty and glory, and the fruit of the earth for excellency and for ornament for those that are escaped of Israel.

⁶ In the future Jacob shall take root; Israel shall blossom and bud, and they shall fill the face of the world with fruit.

²³ And he will give the rain of thy seed with which thou shalt sow the ground; and bread, the produce of the ground, and it shall be fat and rich. In that day shall thy cattle feed in large pastures;

²⁵ For I [am] Jehovah; I will speak, and the word that I shall speak shall be performed, it shall be no more deferred. For in your days, O rebellious house, will I speak the word and will perform it, saith the Lord Jehovah.

²³ upon the mountain of the height of Israel will I plant it; and it shall bring forth branches, and bear fruit, and become a noble cedar; and under it shall dwell all birds of every wing; in the shadow of the branches thereof shall they dwell.

²⁶ And I will make them and the places round about my hill a blessing; and I will cause the shower to come down in its season: there shall be showers of blessing. ²⁷ And the tree of the field shall yield its fruit, and the earth shall yield its increase; and they shall be in safety in their land, and shall know that I [am] Jehovah, when I have broken the bands of their yoke and delivered them out of the hand of those that kept them in servitude. ²⁸ And they shall no more be a prey to the nations, neither shall the beast of the earth devour them; but they shall dwell in safety, and none shall make them afraid. ²⁹ And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the ignominy of the nations any more.

²¹ And it shall come to pass in that day, I will hear, saith Jehovah, I will hear the heavens, and they shall hear the earth; ²² and the earth shall hear the corn, and the new wine, and the oil; and they shall hear Jizreel. ²³ And I will sow her unto me in the land; and I will have mercy upon Lo-ruhamah; and I will say to Lo-ammi, Thou art my people; and they shall say, My God.

¹³ Behold, the days come, saith Jehovah, when the ploughman shall overtake the reaper, and the treader of grapes him that soweth seed; and the mountains shall drop new wine, and all the hills shall melt. ¹⁴ And I will turn again the captivity of my people Israel, and they shall build the waste cities, and inhabit them; and they shall plant vineyards, and drink the wine thereof; and they shall make gardens, and eat the fruit of them. ¹⁵ And I will plant them upon their land, and they shall no more be plucked up out of their land which I have given them, saith Jehovah thy God.

⁵ Let your gentleness be known of all men. The Lord [is] near.

³⁷ For yet a very little while he that comes will come, and will not delay.

⁸ *Ye* also have patience: stablish your hearts, for the coming of the Lord is drawn nigh. ⁹ Complain not one against another, brethren, that ye be not judged. Behold, the judge stands before the door.
