⁶ Thy rightuousnesse stondeth like the stronge mountaynes, & thy iudgment like the greate depe.

²⁵ That be farre fro the, yt thou shuldest do this, and to slaye the righteous with the vngodly, and that the righteous shulde be as the vngodly. That be farre from the. Shulde not the iudge of all the worlde do acordinge to right?

²⁰ I haue offended, what shal I do vnto ye, O thou preseruer off men? Why hast thou made me to stonde in thy waye, and am so heuy a burden vnto myself?

⁷ Wilt thou fynde out God with thy sekynge? wilt thou attayne to the perfectnesse of the Allmightie? ⁸ He is hyer the heaue, what wilt thou do? Deper the hell, how wilt thou then knowe him? ⁹ His length exceadeth the length of the earth, and his bredth ye bredth of the see.

²³ It is not we that can fynde out the allmightie: for in power, equite and rigtuousnesse he is hyer then can be expressed.

¹⁹ Thou hast brought me to greate honoure, & comforted me on euery syde.

¹⁹ Thy waye was in the see, and thy pathes in the greate waters, yet coude no man knowe thy fotesteppes.

⁹ The LORDE is louynge vnto euery man, and his mercy is ouer all his workes.

¹⁶ Thou openest thine hade, and fyllest all thinges lyuynge with plenteousnesse. ¹⁷ The LORDE is righteous in all his wayes, & holy in all his workes.

⁹ Which geueth foder vnto ye catell, & fedeth ye yonge rauens yt call vpo him.

²⁸ Knowest thou not, or hast thou not herde, that the euerlastinge God, the LORDE which made all the corners of the earth, is nether weery nor faynt, and that his wisdome can not be comprehended:

¹⁹ I haue not spoken secretly, nether in darcke places of the earth. It is not for naught, that I sayde vnto the sede of Iacob: seke me. I am the LORDE, which whe I speake, declare the thinge that is rightuous and true.

²¹ Let men drawe nye, let them come hither, ad aske councel one at another, and shewe forth: What is he, that tolde this before? or, who spake of it, euer sence the begynnynge? Haue not I ye LORDE done it: without whom there is none other God? the true God and sauioure, and there is els none but I? ²² And therfore turne you vnto me (all ye endes of the earth) so shal ye be saued, for I am God, & there is els none. ²³ I sweare by myself: out of my mouth cometh ye worde of rightuousnesse, and that maye no man turne: but all knees shal bowe vnto me, and all tunges shal sweare by me, ²⁴ sayenge: Verely in the LORDE is my rightuousnes and strength. To him shal me come: but all they that thinke scorne of him, shalbe confounded.

¹ O Lorde, thou art more rightuous, then that I shulde dispute with the: Neuertheles, let me talke with the in thinges reasonable. How happeneth it, that the waye off the vngodly is so prosperous? and that it goeth so wel with them, which (with out eny shame) offede and lyue in wickednesse?

¹¹ And shulde not I then haue compassion vpon Niniue that greate cite, wherin there are aboue an C. and xx. thousande personnes, yt knowe not their right hode fro the lefte, besydes moch catell?

²⁹ Are not two sparowes solde for a farthinge? Yet doth there none of the light vpon the groude without youre father. ³⁰ And now are all ye hayres of youre heade tolde.

³³ O the depenesse of the riches, both of the wyssdome and knowlege of God? How incomprehensible are his iudgmentes, and his wayes vnsearcheable?

¹⁰ For therfore we laboure and suffre rebuke, because we hope in the lyuynge God, which is the Sauioure of all men, but specially of those that beleue.
