¹¹⁶ O stablish me acordinge vnto thy worde, yt I maye lyue, & let me not be disapoynted of my hope.

² My God, I trust in ye: Oh let me not be confounded, lest myne enemies triuphe ouer me.

¹⁷ For the armes of ye vngodly shalbe broken, but the LORDE vpholdeth the rightuous.

²⁴ Though he fall, he shal not be hurte, for the LORDE vpholdeth him wt his hade.

¹² Thou hast vpholden me because of my innocency, and set me before thy face for euer.

⁴ Sela. But lo, God is my helper: it is he that vpholdeth my soule.

⁸ For thou hast bene my helper, & vnder the shadowe of yi wynges wil I reioyse.

¹⁸ When I sayde: my fote hath slipped, thy mercy (o LORDE) helde me vp.

¹⁰ be not afrayde, for I wil be with ye. Lake not behinde ye, for I wil be thy God, to stregth ye, helpe ye, & to kepe ye with this right hode of myne.

¹ Beholde now therfore, this is my seruaunt whom I will kepe to my self: my electe, In whom my soule shalbe pacified. I will geue him my sprete, that he maye shewe forth iudgment & equyte amonge the Gentiles.

¹⁷ But Israel shalbe saued in the LORDE, which is the euerlastinge saluacio: They shal not come to shame ner confucion, worlde without ende.

⁵ As for hope, is letteth vs not come to cofusion, because the loue of God is shed abrode in oure hertes, by the holy goost which is geuen vnto vs.

³² Why so? Euen because they soughte it not out of faith, but as it were out of the deseruynge of workes. For they haue stombled at the stomblinge stone. ³³ As it is wrytten: Beholde, I laye in Sion a stone to stoble at, and a rocke to be offended at: and who so euer beleueth on him, shal not be confounded.

¹¹ For the scripture sayeth: Who so euer beleueth on him, shal not be confounded.

⁶ Wherfore it is conteyned in the scripture: Beholde, I put in Sion an heade corner stone, electe & precious, and he that beleueth on him, shal not be cofounded.
