¹⁰⁵ Thy worde is a lanterne vnto my fete & a light vnto my pathes.

³ when his light shyned vpon my heade: whe I wente after the same light & shyne eue thorow the darcknesse.

²⁸ Thou lightest my cadle, o LORDE my God: thou makest my darcknesse to be light.

⁸ The statutes of the LORDE are right, & reioyse the herte: ye comaundemet of ye LORDE is pure, and geueth light vnto the eyes.

³ Oh sende out yi light & thy trueth, yt they maye lede me & brynge me vnto thy holy hill and to thy dwellinge.

²³ (For the commaundement is a lanterne, and the lawe a light: yee chastenynge & nurtoure is ye waye of life)

¹³ But all thinges are manifest, whan they are rebuked of the lighte. For what so euer is manifest, that same is lighte.

¹⁹ We haue also a sure worde of prophecie, and ye do well that ye take hede thervnto, as vnto a lighte that shyneth in a darke place vntyll the daye dawne, and the daye starre aryse in youre hertes.
