⁷ An eloquent speach becometh not a foole, a dyssemblinge mouth also besemeth not a prynce.

³ He sayde: The God of Israel hath spoke vnto me, the strength of Israel, the gouernoure amonge men, the righteous gouernoure in the feare of God.

¹² For sure it is, that God codemneth no man wrongeously, and the iudgmet of the Allmightie is not vnrightuous.

¹⁶ But vnto the vngodly sayeth God: Why doest thou preach my lawes, and takest my couenaunt in thy mouth? ¹⁷ Where as thou hatest to be refourmed, and castest my wordes behynde the?

³ I wil take no wicked thinge in honde, I hate the synne of vnfaithfulnesse, it shal not cleue vnto me. ⁴ A frowarde herte shal departe fro me, I wil not knowe a wicked personne. ⁵ Who so preuely slaundreth his neghboure, him wil I destroye: Who so hath a proude loke & an hye stomacke, I maye not awaye with him.

¹⁹ A true mouth is euer constat, but a dyssemblinge toge is soone chaunged.

¹⁰ When ye prophecy is in ye lippes of ye kynge, his mouth shal not go wroge in iudgment. ¹¹ A true measure & a true balauce are ye LORDES, he maketh all weightes. ¹² It is a greate abhominacio when kynges are wycked, for a kynges seate shulde be holden vp wt righteousnesse. ¹³ Righteous lippes are pleasaut vnto kynges, and they loue him yt speaketh ye trueth.

⁷ Like as it is an vnsemely thige to haue legges & yet to halte, eue so is a parable in ye fooles mouth.

¹² If a prynce delyte in lyes, all his seruauntes are vngodly.

⁵ Ypocryte, fyrst cast out the beame out of thyne awne eye, and then shalt thou se clearly, to plucke out the moate out of thy brothers eye.
