⁴ But wha they came to Iesus, they besought him instantly, & sayde: He is worthy yt thou shuldest shewe this for him,

¹¹ In to whatsoeuer cite or towne ye shall come, enquyre in it, who is mete for you, and there abyde, tyll ye go thence.

¹³ And yf the housse be mete for you, yor peace shal come vpo it. But yf it be not mete for you, yor peace shal turne to you againe.

³⁷ Who so loueth father and mother more then me, is not mete for me: and he that loueth sonne or doughter more then me, is not mete for me. ³⁸ And he yt taketh not his crosse and foloweth me, is not mete for me.

⁶ And Iesus wente wt them.Now whan they were not farre from ye house, ye captaine sent fredes vnto hi, saiege vnto him: Oh LORDE, trouble not thy self, I am not worthy, yt thou shuldest enter vnder my rofe, ⁷ and therfore I thought not my self worthy to come to ye: but speake ye worde, & my seruaut shalbe whole.

³⁵ but they yt shalbe worthy to enioye that worlde and the resurreccion from the deed, shal nether mary ner be maried,

⁴ Thou hast a fewe names in Sardis, which haue not defyled their garmentes: and they shal walke with me in whyte, for they are worthy.
