²⁴ Speake vnto the children of Israel, & saye: Vpon the first daye of the seuenth moneth shal ye haue the holy rest of the remembraunce of blowinge,

⁹ Then shalt thou let the blast of the horne go thorow all youre londe, vpon the tenth daye of the seuenth moneth, euen in ye daye of attonement.

⁹ Whan ye go to a battayll in youre londe agaynst youre enemies yt vexe you, ye shall trompe with the trompettes, that ye maye be remembred before the LORDE yor God, and delyuered from youre enemies. ¹⁰ Like wyse whan ye are mery, and in youre feast dayes, & in youre new Monethes, ye shal blowe with the trompettes ouer youre burntsacrifices & healthofferinges, yt it maie be a remembraunce vnto you before youre God. I am the LORDE youre God.

¹ And the fyrst daye of the seuenth moneth shal be with you an holy couocacion. No seruyle worke shal ye do therin, for it is the daye of youre trompet blowinge. ² And ye shal offre a burntofferinge for a swete sauoure vnto the LORDE: a yonge bullocke, a ramme, seuen lambes of a yeare olde without blemish. ³ And their meatofferinges: thre tenth deales of fyne floure myngled wt oyle to the bullocke, two tenth deales to ye rame, ⁴ and one tenth deale vnto euery lambe of ye seuen labes. ⁵ An he goate also for a synofferinge, to make an attonemrnt for you, ⁶ beside ye burntofferinge of ye moneth & his meatofferinge, & besyde ye daylie burntofferynge wt his meatofferynge & with their drink offeringes, acordinge to the maner of the for a swete sauor. This is a sacrifice vnto the LORDE.

²⁸ Thus all Israel brought vp the Arke of the couenaunt of the LORDE with myrth, with trompettes, tabrettes, & loude Cymbales, with psalteries and harpes.

¹³ And it was, as yf one dyd trompet and synge, as though a voyce had bene herde of praysinge and geuynge thankes vnto the LORDE. And whan the voyce arose from ye trompettes, cymbales and other instrumentes of musick, and from praysinge the LORDE (because he is gracious, and because his mercy endureth for euer) the house of the LORDE was fylled on the ynsyde with a cloude,

⁶ Vpon the first daye of the seuenth moneth beganne they to offre burnt sacrifices vnto the LORDE. But the foundacion of the teple of the LORDE was not yet layed.

¹ Synge merely vnto God which is or stregth make a chearful noyse vnto ye God of Iacob. ² Take ye psalme, brynge hither the tabret, the mery harpe & lute. ³ Blowe vp the tropettes in the new Moone, vpon or solepne feast daye. ⁴ For this is the vse in Israel, & a lawe of the God of Iacob.

⁶ Prayse the LORDE vpon the harpe, synge to the harpe with a psalme of thankesgeuynge.

¹³ Then shal the greate trompet be blowen, so that those which haue bene destroyed in the Assirians londe, and those that be scatred abrode in Egipte: shal come & worshipe the LORDE at Ierusale, vpo the holy mount.

⁵² and that sodenly and in the twinklynge of an eye, at the tyme of the last trompe. For the trompe shal blowe, and the deed shal ryse vncorruptible, and we shalbe chaunged.

¹⁶ For the LORDE himselfe shal come downe fro heauen with a shoute and voyce of ye Archangell and with the trompe of God, and the deed in Christ shal aryse first:
