¹ Abraham was olde and well stricken in age, and the LORDE had blessed him in all thinges.

² And I wil make of the a mightie people, and wyll blesse the, and make the a greate name, yee thou shalt be a very blessynge.

² Abram was very rich in catell, siluer & golde.

¹¹ And Abraham and Sara were both olde, & well stryken in age: so that it wente nomore with Sara after ye maner of wemen:

⁵ An hundreth yeare olde was Abraha, whan his sonne Isaac was borne vnto him.

³⁵ and the LORDE hath prospered my master richely, so yt he is become greate: and he hath geuen him shepe and oxe, syluer and golde, seruauntes and maidens, Camels and Asses:

²⁰ Isaac was fourtye yeare olde, whan he toke to wyfe Rebecca the doughter of Bethuel ye Syrian of Mesopotamia, & Sister of Laban the Syrian.

²⁵ Of yi fathers God art thou helped, & of the Allmightie art thou blessed, wt blessynges of heauen from aboue, with blessinges of ye depe yt lyeth vnder, with blessynges of brestes & wombes.

¹ And wha kinge Dauid was olde & well strycke in age, he coulde not be warme, though he was couered with clothes.

¹ Blessed is the man yt feareth the LORDE, & hath greate delite in his commaundementes. ² His sede shall be mightie vpon earth, the generacion of the faithfull shalbe blessed. ³ Riches & pleteousnesse shalbe in his house, & his rightuousnes endureth for euer.

²² The blessynge of the LORDE maketh rich me, as for carefull trauayle, it doth nothinge therto.

² Considre Abraham youre father, & Sara that bare you: how that I called him alone, prospered him wel, & encreased him:

³³ Seke ye fyrst the kyngdome of heauen and the righteousnes therof, so shal all these thynges be ministred vnto you.

⁷ And they had no childe, for Elizabeth was baren, and they were both well stricken in age.

⁹ So then they which be of faith, are blessed with faithfull Abraham.

³ Blessed be God the father of oure LORDE Iesus Christ, which hath blessed vs wt all maner of spirituall blessynge in heauenly thynges by Christ

⁸ For bodely exercyse profyteth litle, but godlynes is profytable vnto all thinges, as a thinge which hath promyses of the life that is now, and of the life for to come.
