⁹ Moses sayde: We wil go wt yonge & olde, wt sonnes and doughters, with shepe and oxe: for we haue a feast of the LORDE.

⁸ & all Iosephs housholde, and his brethren, and his fathers housholde. Onely their children, shepe & oxen left they in ye lade of Gosen,

¹⁸ And yf they heare yi voyce, then shalt thou and the elders of Israel go in to the kynge of Egipte, and saye vnto him: The LORDE God of ye Hebrues hath called vs. Let vs go now therfore thre dayes iourney in the wyldernes, yt we maye do sacrifice vnto the LORDE oure God.

¹ Afterwarde wente Moses & Aaron, & spake vnto Pharao: Thus sayeth the LORDE the God of Israel: let my people go, yt they maye kepe holy daye vnto me in the wildernes.

³ I knowe not the LORDE, nether wil I let Israel go.They sayde: The God of the Hebrues hath called vs. Let vs go now therfore thre dayes iourney in the wildernes, & do sacrifice vnto the LORDE or God, yt there happen not vnto vs pestilece or swerde.

²⁵ The called Pharao for Moses & Aaron, & sayde: Go yor waye, & do sacrifice vnto yor God in ye londe. ²⁶ Moses sayde: It is not mete, yt we shulde so do, so shulde we offer ye abhominacion of ye Egipcians vnto the LORDE or God. Beholde, yf we shulde offer the abhominacion of ye Egipcians before their eyes, shulde they not stone vs? ²⁷ Thre dayes iourney will we go in the wyldernes, and do sacrifice vnto the LORDE oure God like as he hath sayde vnto vs. ²⁸ Pharao sayde: I wil let you go, yt ye maie do sacrifice vnto the LORDE yor God in the wyldernes (onely yt ye go no farther) & praye for me.

⁶ Seue dayes shall thou eate vnleuended bred, & vpon the seuenth daye is the LORDES feast:

¹² The fiftenth daye of the seuenth moneth shal be an holy couocacion wt you, no seruyle worke shal ye do therin, and seue dayes shal ye kepe a feast vnto the LORDE.

¹² namely, before the congregacion of the people, both of men, wemen, children, and thy straungers which are within thy gates: that they maye heare and lerne to feare the LORDE their God, and be diligent to do all the wordes of this lawe: ¹³ and that their children also which knowe nothinge, maye heare and lerne to feare the LORDE yor God, all youre lyue dayes which ye lyue in the londe, whither ye go ouer Iordane to possesse it.

¹⁵ But yf ye like not to serue the LORDE, the chose you this daye whom ye wyll serue: the God whom youre fathers serued beionde ye water, or ye goddes of the Amorites, in whose lode ye dwell. As for me and my house, we wyll serue the LORDE.

¹² Yonge men & maydes, olde men and children. ¹³ Let them prayse the name of the LORDE, for his name only is excellent, and his prayse aboue heauen and earth.

⁹ Honoure the LORDE wt yi substaunce, & wt ye firstlinges of all thine encrease:

¹ Remembre thy maker in thy youth, or euer the dayes of aduersite come, and or the yeares drawe nye, when thou shalt saye: I haue no pleasure in them:

⁷ Pourge out therfore the olde leuen, that ye maye be new dowe, like as ye are swete bred. For we also haue an Easter lambe, which is Christ, that is offred for vs. ⁸ Wherfore let vs kepe Easter, not in ye olde leuen, ner in the leuen of maliciousnes, and wickednes, but in the swete bred of purenesse and of the trueth.

⁴ And ye fathers, prouoke not youre children vnto wrath, but brynge the vp in the nourtoure and informacion of the LORDE.
