⁷ Then go quickly and tell his disciples that he has risen from the dead. And behold, he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him. Behold, I have told you."

¹⁰ Then Jesus said to them, "Do not be afraid. Go and tell my brethren to go to Galilee; and there they will see me."

¹⁶ Then the eleven disciples went to Galilee, to the mountain which Jesus had appointed for them. ¹⁷ When they saw him, they worshipped him; but some doubted.

²⁸ But after I have been raised, I will go before you to Galilee."

⁷ But go, tell his disciples and Peter that he is going before you to Galilee; there you will see him, as he told you." ⁸ So they went out quickly and fled from the tomb, for trembling and astonishment had gripped them. And they said nothing to anyone, for they were afraid.

¹⁰ She went and told those who had been with him, as they mourned and wept.

¹³ And they went and told it to the rest, but they did not believe them either.

⁹ Then they returned from the tomb and told all these things to the eleven and to all the rest. ¹⁰ It was Mary Magdalene, Joanna, Mary the mother of James, and the other women with them, who told this to the apostles.

²² In addition, some women of our company amazed us. They were at the tomb early in the morning, ²³ and when they did not find his body, they came saying that they had also seen a vision of angels who said he was alive. ²⁴ Some of those who were with us went to the tomb, and found it just as the women had said; but him they did not see."

³⁴ saying, "The Lord has risen indeed, and has appeared to Simon!"

²⁹ And now I have told you before it takes place, so that when it does take place, you may believe.

⁴ But I have told you these things, that when the time comes, you may remember that I told you of them. "I did not say these things to you at the beginning, because I was with you.

¹⁷ Jesus said to her, "Do not hold me, for I have not yet ascended to the Father; but go to my brethren and say to them, "I am ascending to my Father and your Father, to my God and your God.'" ¹⁸ Mary Magdalene went and said to the disciples, "I have seen the Lord!" And she told them that he had said these things to her.

¹ After this Jesus showed himself again to the disciples by the Sea of Tiberias, and in this way he showed himself: ² Simon Peter, Thomas called the Twin, Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, the sons of Zebedee, and two others of his disciples were together. ³ Simon Peter said to them, "I am going fishing." They said to him, "We will go with you." They went out and got into the boat; but that night they caught nothing. ⁴ But early in the morning, Jesus stood on the shore; yet the disciples did not know that it was Jesus. ⁵ Jesus said to them, "Children, have you any fish?" They answered him, "No." ⁶ He said to them, "Cast the net on the right side of the boat, and you will find some." So they cast, and now they were not able to haul it in because of the great number of fish. ⁷ Then that disciple whom Jesus loved said to Peter, "It is the Lord!" Now when Simon Peter heard that it was the Lord, he put on his outer garment (for he had removed it), and threw himself into the sea. ⁸ But the other disciples came in the boat, dragging the net full of fish, for they were not far from land, but about a hundred yards off. ⁹ When they had come to land, they saw a fire of coals there, with fish lying on it, and bread. ¹⁰ Jesus said to them, "Bring some of the fish you have just caught." ¹¹ Simon Peter went aboard and dragged the net ashore, full of large fish, one hundred and fifty-three; and although there were so many, the net was not torn. ¹² Jesus said to them, "Come and have breakfast." Now none of the disciples dared ask him, "Who are you?" They knew it was the Lord. ¹³ Jesus came and took the bread and gave it to them, and did the same with the fish. ¹⁴ This was now the third time Jesus appeared to his disciples after he was raised from the dead.

⁴ that he was buried, that he was raised on the third day according to the Scriptures,

⁶ After that he appeared to more than five hundred brethren at one time, most of whom are still alive, though some have fallen asleep.
