Zechariah 4:7 Cross References - CLV

⁷ What are you, great mountain? Before Zerubbabel you are to be a level plain. And he shall bring forth the headstone with tumults:Grace, grace to it!"

¹¹ They responded by praising and acclaiming Yahweh:For He is good, indeed His benignity toward Israel is for the eon. As for all the people, they shouted a loud shout in praising Yahweh because the foundation of the House of Yahweh had been laid. ¹² Many of the older priests and Levites and patriarchal heads who had seen the former House, were lamenting with a loud voice when the foundation of this House was laid before their eyes. Many others raised up the voice in shouting and rejoicing. ¹³ There was no one of the people recognizing the sound of the rejoicing shout from the sound of the lamenting of the people, for the people were shouting a loud shout, and the sound itself was heard even from afar.

¹⁵ This House was finished on day three of the month of Adar, that is, in the year six of the reign of king Darius. ¹⁶ The sons of Israel, the priests, the Levites and the rest of the sons of the deportation held the dedication of this House of Eloah with exhilaration. ¹⁷ And they offered for the dedication of this House of Eloah a hundred bulls, two hundred rams, four hundred lambs, and as a sin offering for all Israel, twelve he-goats of the goats, according to the number of the tribes of Israel.

⁶ On what were its sockets sunk? Or who directed its cornerstone in place, ⁷ When the stars of the morning jubilated together, And all the sons of Elohim shouted with joy?

⁴ The mountains, they danced like rams, The hills like the young of the flock."

⁶ Mountains, that you are dancing like rams. Hills, like the young of the flock?

²² The stone which the builders rejected, It came to be for the head of the corner."

¹⁶ Wherefore, thus says my Lord Yahweh, "Behold Me laying in Zion a foundation stone, a choice stone, a corner of a precious well-founded foundation. The believer on it shall not be put to shame."

³ The voice of one calling:"In the wilderness, surface the way of Yahweh! And straighten, in the gorge, a highway for our Elohim!" ⁴ Every ravine shall be lifted up, and every mountain and hill shall be lowered. And all the crooked shall come to be straight, and the knobs a valley."

¹⁵ Behold! I constitute you a new spiked threshing sledge possessing serrated edges. You shall thresh the mountains and pulverize them, and the hills you shall make as trash."

¹ O that You wouldst tear the heavens and descend! The mountains would quiver because of Your presence! ² They would flow, as ice in the fire melts, as water consumed by the fire. Make known Your name, Yahweh, to Your foes. Because of Your presence the nations will be disturbed." ³ When You do fearful things which we are not expecting, You do descend! Quivering because of Your presence, the mountains flow."

¹¹ Is a voice of joy and a voice of gladness, Voice of bridegroom, and voice of bride, The voice of those saying, Thank Yahweh of Hosts, for Yahweh [is] good, For His kindness [is] to the eon, Who are bringing in thanksgiving to the house of Yahweh, For I turn back the captivity of the land, As at the first, said Yahweh."

²⁵ Lo, I [am] against you, O destroying mount, An affirmation of Yahweh, That is destroying all the earth, And I have stretched out My hand against you, And I have rolled you from the rocks, And given you for a burnt mountain."

³⁴ You were perceiving till a stone severs itself, that is, not by hands, and it collides with the image at its feet that were of iron and clay, and pulverizes them." ³⁵ Then pulverized, as one, are the iron, the clay, the copper, the silver, and the gold, and they are as chaff from summer threshing sites, and the wind lifts them up, and no place at all is found for them. And the stone that collides with the image becomes a vast mountain range, and fills all the earth."

⁴ And the mountains will be melted under Him, and the vales will rend as wax from the presence of fire, as water being spilled on a descent."

¹ And it comes in the days hereafter, the mount of Yahweh's house shall be established on the summit of the mountains, and it is borne by the hills, and all the peoples stream unto it."

⁵ The mountains quake because of Him, and the hills dissolve. The earth is upheaving because of His presence, and the habitance and all dwelling in it." ⁶ Before His menace, who will stand? And who will rise in the heat of His anger? His fury is poured forth as fire, and the rocks are broken down because of Him."

⁶ He stands and is measuring the earth; he sees and is letting loose the nations. And the mountain ranges of futurity are scattering; the eonian hills bow down; his goings are eonian.

⁶ For thus says Yahweh of hosts:Still once, a little it is, and I am quaking the heavens and the earth and the sea and the drained land;" ⁷ and I will quake all the nations; and the coveted of all the nations shall come. And I will fill this house with glory, says Yahweh of hosts." ⁸ Mine is the silver, and Mine is the gold, (averring is Yahweh of hosts)." ⁹ Greater shall become the glory of this latter house than the former, says Yahweh of hosts. And in this place will I give peace, (averring is Yahweh of hosts)."

²¹ Speak to Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel, viceroy of Judah, saying:I am quaking the heavens and the earth, and the sea and the drained land." ²² And I will overturn the thrones of kingdoms, and I will exterminate the steadfastness of the kingdoms of the nations, and overturn the chariot and its riders, and the horses and their riders go down, each man by the sword of his brother." ²³ In that day, (averring is Yahweh of hosts), I will take you, Zerubbabel, son of Shealtiel, My servant, (averring is Yahweh), and will place you as a seal, for I have chosen you, (averring is Yahweh of hosts)."

⁹ The hands of Zerubbabel laid the foundation of this house, and his hands shall complete it. Then shall you know that Yahweh of hosts sent me to you."

⁴ And His feet shall stand in that day on the mount of Olives, which is adjoining Jerusalem on the east. And the mount of Olives is rent in half; toward sunrise and seaward is a very great ravine, and half of the mountain removes northward, and half of it toward the south rim." ⁵ And the ravine of My mountains is stopped up for the ravine of the mountains shall touch to Azal. And it is stopped up just as it was stopped up from before the quake in the days of Uzziah, king of Judah. And Yahweh, my Elohim, shall come, and all the saints with Him."

²¹ Now, answering, Jesus said to them, "Verily, I am saying to you, If you should be having faith and not be doubting, not only that to the fig tree will you be doing, but if you should be saying to this mountain also, 'Be picked up and cast into the sea!' it will be occurring."

⁴² Jesus is saying to them, "Did you never read in the scriptures, 'The stone which is rejected by the builders, This came to be for the head of the corner. From the Lord came this, and it is marvelous in our eyes'?

¹⁰ Did you not yet read this scripture? - 'The stone which is rejected by the builders, This came to be for the head of the corner."

⁵ 'Every ravine shall be filled And every mountain and hill shall be made low, And the crooked shall be straight, And the rough places into smooth roads,..."

¹⁷ Yet He, looking at them, said, "What, then, is this that is written, 'The stone which is rejected by the builders, This came to be for the head of the corner'?

¹¹ This is the Stone that is being scorned by you builders, which is becoming the head of the corner."

⁶ Now if it is in grace, it is no longer out of works, else the grace is coming to be no longer grace. Now, if it is out of works, it is no longer grace, else the work is no longer work."

⁶ for the laud of the glory of His grace, which graces us in the Beloved:" ⁷ in Whom we are having the deliverance through His blood, the forgiveness of offenses in accord with the riches of His grace,

⁴ yet God, being rich in mercy, because of His vast love with which He loves us" ⁵ (we also being dead to the offenses and the lusts), vivifies us together in Christ (in grace are you saved!)" ⁶ and rouses us together and seats us together among the celestials, in Christ Jesus, ⁷ that, in the oncoming eons, He should be displaying the transcendent riches of His grace in His kindness to us in Christ Jesus." ⁸ For in grace, through faith, are you saved, and this is not out of you; it is God's approach present,

²⁰ being built on the foundation of the apostles and prophets, the capstone of the corner being Christ Jesus Himself,

⁷ To you, then, who are believing, is the honor, yet to the unbelieving: "A Stone which is rejected by the builders, this came to be for the head of the corner,

⁹ And they are singing a new song, saying, "Worthy art Thou to be taking the scroll and to open its seals, For Thou wast slain and dost buy us for God by Thy blood. Out of every tribe and language and people and nation." ¹⁰ Thou dost also make them a kingdom and a priesthood for our God, And they shall be reigning on the earth." ¹¹ And I perceived, and I hear a sound as of many messengers around the throne and the animals and the elders, and their number was ten thousand ten thousand and a thousand thousand, ¹² saying with a loud voice, "Worthy is the Lambkin slain To get power and riches and wisdom and strength And honor and glory and blessing!" ¹³ And every creature which is in heaven and on the earth and underneath the earth and on the sea, and all in them, I hear also saying, "To Him Who is sitting on the throne-To the Lambkin-Be blessing and honor and glory and might For the eons of the eons!"

²⁰ And every island fled, and the mountains were not found."

¹ After these things I hear as it were the loud voice of a vast throng in heaven, saying, "Hallelujah! Salvation and glory and power is of our God, ² for true and just is His judging, for He judges the great prostitute who corrupts the earth with her prostitution, and avenges the blood of His slaves at her hand." ³ And a second time have they declared, "Hallelujah!And her smoke is ascending for the eons of the eons." ⁴ And the twenty-four elders and the four animals fall and worship God, Who is sitting on the throne, saying, "Amen! Hallelujah!" ⁵ And a voice came out from the throne, saying, "Praise our God, all His slaves, and those who are fearing Him, the small and the great." ⁶ And I hear as it were the voice of a vast throng, and as it were the sound of many waters, and as it were the sound of strong thunders, saying, "Hallelujah! for the Lord our God, the Almighty reigns!"
