¹ {A Davidic Psalm{ In You, O Yahweh, have I taken refuge; Do not let me be ashamed for the eon; In Your righteousness deliver me."

⁸ Yahweh, He shall adjudicate the peoples; Judge me, O Yahweh, according to my righteousness, And according to my integrity, O Supreme. ⁹ O let the evil of the wicked reach an end, And may You establish the righteous one, Testing the hearts and innermost being, O righteous Elohim.

⁴ In You our fathers trusted; They trusted, and You delivered them." ⁵ To You they cried out, and they escaped; In You they trusted, and they were not put to shame."

² In You, my Elohim, have I trusted. Do not let me be ashamed; Do not let my enemies be glad over me."

¹ Judge me, O Elohim, and do contend my cause against an unkind nation. From the man of deceit and iniquity, may You deliver me."

¹ In You, O Yahweh, I take refuge. Let me not be ashamed for the eon!" ² In Your righteousness, rescue me and deliver me. Stretch out Your ear to me and save me." ³ Become mine for a Rock, a Stronghold to come to continually. You have determined to save me, For You are my Crag and my Fastness."

¹¹ For Your Name's sake, O Yahweh, may You revive me; In Your righteousness, may You bring my soul forth from distress." ¹² In Your benignity may You efface my enemies; And You will destroy all the foes of my soul, For I am Your servant."

²³ and kings become your foster fathers, and their chiefesses your wet nurses. Nostrils to the earth, shall they prostrate to you, and the soil at your feet shall they lick up. Then you shall know that I am Yahweh, and those expecting Me shall not be ashamed."

¹⁶ My Lord, according to all Thy righteousness, pray, let Thy anger and Thy fury turn away from Thy city Jerusalem, Thy holy mountain. Because of our sins and depravities--ours and our forefathers--Jerusalem and Thy people, Lord, are a reproach to all around us."

⁵ Now expectation is not mortifying, seeing that the love of God has been poured out in our hearts through the holy spirit which is being given to us."

¹¹ For the scripture is saying: Everyone who is believing on Him shall not be disgraced.
