Numbers 36:1 Cross References - CLV

¹ The patriarchal heads of the family of the sons of Gilead son of Machir son of Manasseh, from the families of the sons of Joseph came near and spoke before Moses and before the princes, the patriarchal heads of the sons of Israel.

²⁹ The sons of Manasseh were:through Machir the Machirite family, and Machir begat Gilead; through Gilead the Gileadite family. ³⁰ These were the sons of Gilead:through Jezer the Jezerite family; through Helek the Helekite family; ³¹ through Asriel the Asrielite family; through Shechem the Shechemite family; ³² through Shemida the Shemidaite family; through Hepher the Hepherite family. ³³ Zelophehad son of Hepher came to have no sons but rather daughters. And the names of the daughters of Zelophehad were:Malhah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah.

¹ Then the daughters of Zelophehad son of Hepher, son of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh, of the families of Manasseh son of Joseph, came near. These were the names of his daughters:Mahlah, Noah, Hoglah, Milcah and Tirzah.

² And there is for the sons of Manasseh who are left, for their families; for the sons of Abiezer, and for the sons of Helek, and for the sons of Asriel, and for the sons of Shechem, and for the sons of Hepher, and for the sons of Shemida; these [are] the children of Manasseh son of Joseph--the males--by their families. ³ As to Zelophehad, son of Hepher, son of Gilead, son of Machir, son of Manasseh, he has no children except daughters, and these [are] the names of his daughters:Mahlah, and Noah, Hoglah, Milcah, and Tirzah,

¹⁴ Sons of Manasseh:Ashriel, whom Jaladah his Aramean concubine bare, with Machir father of Gilead. ¹⁵ And Machir took wives for Huppim and for Shuppim, and the name of the one [is] Maachah, and the name of the second Zelophehad, and Zelophehad has daughters. ¹⁶ And Maachah wife of Machir bears a son and calls his name Peresh, and the name of his brother [is] Sheresh, and his sons [are] Ulam and Rakem.
