⁴⁹ and should begin to beat his fellow slaves, yet may be eating and drinking with the drunken,

¹³ And the custom of the priests with the people [is]:any man sacrificing a sacrifice--then has the servant of the priest come in when the flesh is boiling, and the hook of three teeth in his hand, ¹⁴ and has struck [it] into the pan, or kettle, or caldron, or pot; all that the hook brings up does the priest take for himself; thus they do to all Israel who are coming in, there, in Shiloh. ¹⁵ Also before they make perfume with the fat--then has the priest's servant come in, and said to the man who is sacrificing, `Give flesh to roast for the priest, and he does not take of you flesh boiled, but raw;. <sup>16</sup> and the man said unto him, `Let them surely make a perfume (as to-day) with the fat, then take to you as your soul desires;' and he has said to him, `Surely now you do give; and if not--I have taken by strength..

²⁹ Why do you kick at My sacrifice, and at Mine offering which I commanded [in] My habitation, and do honor your sons above Me, to make yourselves fat from the first part of every offering of Israel, of My people?

¹² Arrive! We will take wine, and we will carouse with an intoxicant! And it comes, as this day, so the morrow, great, exceedingly exuberant!"

⁵ Hear the word of Yahweh, you who tremble at His word, "Say do your brethren, who are hating you, who are isolating you on account of My name, `Yahweh will be glorified!' Yet He will appear in your rejoicing, and they shall be ashamed."

³ The fat you do eat, and the wool you put on, The fed one you slaughter, the flock you feed not."

⁵ Thus says Yahweh concerning the prophets who are leading My people astray, who are biting with their teeth yet call, Peace, and whoever is giving nothing, into their mouths, then they hallow a war against him."

¹⁵ Take heed of those false prophets who are coming to you in the apparel of sheep, yet inside they are rapacious wolves."

¹⁸ for such for our Lord Christ are not slaving, but for their own bowels, and through compliments and adulation are deluding the hearts of the innocent."

²⁰ For you are bearing with it if anyone is enslaving you, if anyone is devouring, if anyone is obtaining, if anyone is elevating himself, if anyone is lashing you in the face. "

¹⁹ whose consummation is destruction, whose god is their bowels, and whose glory is in their shame, who to the terrestial are disposed."

¹¹ who must be gagged, who are subverting whole households, teaching what they must not, on behalf of sordid gain." ¹² One of them, their own prophet, said: "Cretans are ever liars, evil wild beasts, idle bellies."

³ nor yet as lording it over the allotments, but becoming models for the flocklet,

¹³ being requited with the wages of injustice. Deeming gratification by day a luxury, they are spots and flaws, luxuriating in their love feasts, carousing together with you, ¹⁴ having the distended eyes of an adulteress, and that do not stop from sin, luring unstable souls, having a heart exercised by greed, children of a curse."

⁹ I write somewhat to the ecclesia, but Diotrephes, who is fond of being foremost among them, is not receiving us." ¹⁰ Therefore, if I should be coming, I shall be reminding him of his acts which he is doing, with wicked words gossiping about us, and not being sufficed with these, neither is he receiving the brethren, and those who are intending to he is forbidding, and is casting them out of the ecclesia."

¹² These are the reefs in your love feasts, carousing with you fearlessly, shepherding themselves; waterless clouds carried aside by winds; trees that are sear, unfruitful, twice dying, uprooted;"

⁷ And to it was given to do battle with the saints and to conquer them. And authority was given to it over every tribe and people and language and nation.

⁶ for they shed the blood of saints and prophets, and Thou dost give them blood to drink, even what they are deserving!"

⁶ And I perceive the woman, drunk with the blood of the saints and with the blood of the witnesses of Jesus. And I marvel at perceiving her. The marvel is great!"
