²³ And getting hold of the hand of the blind man, He brings him forth out of the village, and, spitting into his eyes, placing hands on him, He inquired of him, "Are you observing anything?

² Thus says Yahweh Elohim, your Maker, and your Former from the belly, and your Helper:"You must not fear, My servant Jacob, and you Upright one whom I choose in him."

¹⁸ None is conducting her, of all the sons she bears. And no one is holding fast by her hand, of all the sons she brings up."

³² Not like the covenant that I made with their fathers, In the day of My laying hold on their hand, To bring them out of the land of Egypt, In that they made void My covenant, And I ruled over them--an affirmation of Yahweh."

²³ And he is entreating Him much, saying that "My little daughter is having her last gasp!that, "Coming, Thou mayest be placing Thy hands on her, that she may be saved and should be living!"

³³ And, getting him away from the throng privately, He thrusts His fingers into his ears, and, spitting, touches his tongue."

⁶ Saying these things, He spits on the ground and makes mud out of the spittle, and anoints the blind man on his eyes with the mud, ⁷ and said to him, "Go, wash in the pool of Siloam(which is being translated "Commissioned"). He came away, then, and washes, and came, observing. " ⁸ Now Saul was raised from the earth, yet, his eyes being open, he observed nothing. Now, leading him by the hand, they led him into Damascus,

⁹ Not in accord with the covenant which I make with their fathers In the day of My taking hold of their hand To be leading them out of the land of Egypt, Seeing that they do not remain in My covenant, And I neglect them,the Lord is saying,

¹⁸ I am advising you to buy of Me gold refined by the fire, that you should be rich, and white garments, that you may be clothed and the shame of your nakedness may not be made manifest, and eye-salve to anoint your eyes, that you may be observing."
