³³ For thus said Yahweh of Hosts, Elohim of Israel, The daughter of Babylon [is] as a threshing-floor, The time of her threshing--yet a little, And come has the time of her harvest."

⁵ And it comes to be as in gathering the harvest of raised grain, and with his arm, he is reaping the spikes. Then it comes as the gleaning of spikes in the healers vale." ⁶ Yet there remain some clean-gleanings in it. As at the after-gleaning of an olive, two, three fixed fast berries are in the tip top, four, five, in its fruitful forks,averring is Yahweh, the Elohim of Israel." ⁷ In that day the human will heed his Maker, and his eyes shall see the Holy One of Israel." ⁸ And he will not heed the altars, the make of his hands, and that made by his fingers he shall not see, even the fetishes of happiness, and the warmed horn-altars." ⁹ In that day his stronghold cities shall become as forsaken as the plowland and the mountain tip which the Amorite and the Hivite forsake in view of the sons of Israel, and there comes to be desolation." ¹⁰ For you have forgotten the Elohim of your salvation, and Yahweh, the Rock, your Stronghold, you do not remember. Therefore you will plant pleasant plants, and with pruned slips of the alien will you sow." ¹¹ In a day you will force your plant to grow rank, and in the morning you will cause your seed to bud. Yet the harvest will flit in a day of illness, and mortal pain will be allotted you for your sons."

⁵ For before the harvest, as the bud is spent, and the unripe grape is weaning, the flower is coming. Then he cuts off the shoots with pruners, and the abandoned twigs he takes away when he lops."

¹⁰ My threshed people! And the son of my threshing site! What I hear from Yahweh of hosts, the Elohim of Israel, I tell to you."

¹⁵ Behold! I constitute you a new spiked threshing sledge possessing serrated edges. You shall thresh the mountains and pulverize them, and the hills you shall make as trash." ¹⁶ You will winnow them, and the wind will carry them away. And the tempest will scatter them. And you shall exult in Yahweh. And in the Holy One of Israel shall you boast."

¹¹ Moreover, Judah, a harvest is set for you. In My reversal of the captivity of My people,

¹³ Send forth the sickle, for the harvest is ripe. Come, tread, for the wine trough is full, the wine vats run over, for great is their evil."

³ Thus says Yahweh, Due to three transgressions of Damascus, and due to four, I will not turn it back, due to their threshing Gilead with iron spikes."

¹³ Rise and thresh them, daughter of Zion, for I will make your horn iron, and I will make your hoofs copper, and with them you rend nations. And you pulverize many peoples. And you devote to Yahweh their gain, and their estate to the Lord of all the earth."

¹² With menace are You marching through the earth; in anger are You threshing the nations.

³⁰ Leave both to grow up together until the harvest, and in the season of the harvest I shall be declaring to the reapers, 'Cull first the darnel, and bind them into bundles to burn them up. Yet the grain gather into my barn.'"

³⁹ Now the enemy who sows them is the Adversary. Now the harvest is the conclusion of the eon. Now the reapers are messengers.

¹⁵ And another messenger came out of the temple, crying with a loud voice to Him Who is sitting on the cloud, "Send in Thy sickle and reap! for the hour came to reap, for the harvest of the earth is dried." ¹⁶ And He Who is sitting on the cloud casts His sickle on the earth, and the earth is reaped." ¹⁷ And another messenger came out of the temple which is in heaven, he, also having a sharp sickle." ¹⁸ And another messenger came out of the altar, having jurisdiction over the fire. And he shouts with a loud voice to him who has the sharp sickle, saying, "Send in your sharp sickle, and pick the clusters of the earth's grapevine, for its grapes are dead ripe." ¹⁹ And the messenger casts his sickle into the earth, and picks the grapevine of the earth, and he casts them into the great trough of the fury of God." ²⁰ And the trough was trodden outside the city, and blood came out of the trough up to the bits of the horses, for a thousand six hundred stadia."
