¹⁴ Wash from evil your heart, O Jerusalem, That you may be saved, Till when do you lodge in your heart Thoughts of your strength?

¹⁸ If I had regarded lawlessness in my heart, Yahweh would not hear."

¹¹³ I hate forked tongues, But I love Your law."

²² How long, O simple ones, shall you love simplicity, And mockers covet their mocking, And the stupid hate knowledge?

¹⁶ Wash yourselves! Purge yourselves! Take away the evil of your actions from in front of My eyes! ¹⁷ Leave off the evil! Learn to be good! Inquire for judgment! Make happy the wronged! Judge the orphan! Contend for the widow! ¹⁸ Go, pray and it shall be corrected,saying is Yahweh. "If your sins are coming to be as double dipped scarlet, as snow shall they be white. If they are reddened as crimson, as wool shall they become." ¹⁹ If you are willing and hearken, the good of the land shall you eat."

⁷ Forsake shall the wicked one his way, and the lawless man his devices, and he shall return to Yahweh, and He will have compassion on him, and to our Elohim, for he will increasingly pardon your sins."

²⁷ Your adulteries, and your neighings, The wickedness of your whoredom, on heights in a field, I have seen your abominations. Woe to you, O Jerusalem, You are not cleansed, after when [is it] again?

³¹ Cast from off you all your transgressions, By which you have transgressed, And make to you a new heart, and a new spirit, And why do you die, O house of Israel?

³³ Either make the tree ideal and its fruit ideal, or make the tree rotten and its fruit rotten, for by its fruit the tree is known."

¹⁹ For out of the heart are coming wicked reasonings, murders, adulteries, prostitutions, thefts, false testimonies, calumnies." ²⁰ These are those which are contaminating a man. Now to be eating with unwashed hands is not contaminating a man."

²⁶ Blind Pharisee! Cleanse first the inside of the cup and the plate, that their outside also may be becoming clean!" ²⁷ Woe to you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for you are resembling the whitewashed sepulchers which outside, indeed, are appearing beautiful, yet inside they are crammed with the bones of the dead and all uncleanness."

³⁹ Yet the Lord said to him, "Now you Pharisees are cleansing the outside of the cup and the platter, yet your inside is brimming with rapacity and wickedness."

²² Repent, then, from this evil of yours, and beseech the Lord, if, consequently, the notion of your heart will be forgiven you."

²¹ because, knowing God, not as God do they glorify or thank Him, but vain were they made in their reasonings, and darkened is their unintelligent heart."

²⁰ And again, The Lord knows the reasonings of the wise, that they are vain."

⁸ Draw near to God, and He will be drawing near to you. Cleanse your hands, you sinners, and purify your hearts, double-souled!"
