⁹ pair by pair they come to Noah into the ark, male and female, as the Elohim instructs Noah.

¹⁹ And furthermore Yahweh Elohim, having formed from the ground all field life and every flyer of the heavens, He is also bringing it to the human to see what he will call it. And whatever the human living soul is calling it, that is its name.

¹⁶ And those coming, male and female of all flesh, come as the Elohim instructs him. And closing the ark is Yahweh Elohim about him.

⁶ Then the wolf will sojourn with the he-lamb, and the leopard will recline with the kid. And the calf and the sheltered lion will graze together, and a small lad will lead among them." ⁷ And the young cow and the bear will graze together, and together they will recline their young. ²⁵ Then a wolf and a lambkin will graze alike, and the lion, as the beeve, will eat crushed straw, and the serpent has soil for its bread. They will not do evil, nor ruin in all My holy mountain,says Yahweh."

⁷ Even a stork in the heavens has known her seasons, And turtle, and swallow, and crane, Have watched the time of their coming, And--My people have not known the judgment of Yahweh."

¹¹ and he is beholding heaven open and a certain utensil descending, as a large sheet, with four edges, being let down on the earth, ¹² in which belonged all the quadrupeds and reptiles of the earth and the flying creatures of heaven.
